I chatted with the gals working there about some planty things and they seemed really knowledgeable. I walked around for a while admiring all the different plants they had for sale. I purchased a large magnolia tree from them and she bloomed two years in a row and then she hadn't bloomed in two years so I called them and they told me exactly what to do and I did it and within four months my magnolia was blooming beautifully. Most all of my flowering plants, my trees, my shrubs my fruit trees are purchased from Canterbury because they just have quality plants that produce. There are company that knows what they're doing and they take care of their customers. When you enter into the office, they have all kinds of goodies, jellies, jams gifts, and souvenirs and you're always greeted by someone with a smiling face and someone who is very happy to see you and to take care of you. I needed a specific plant identified and I brought a piece of it in and immediately the gentleman I was dealing with told me exactly what it was how it's going to grow and how to take care of it. I had an insect problem I took them a piece of the plant that had the insect problem. They immediately knew exactly what was wrong and told me what to use and I had no problems anymore. I trust them more than I do any of the big box stores. In fact, I'll only buy my vegetables and my vegetable plants from Canterbury Farms. They were very honest company and anytime you look at their plants. They're all clean and weed free and very well taken care of. I've gone to big box stores and see dead plants on display or for sale. It's like big box stores don't care how they display things. But Canterbury farms cares and they're set up is beautiful. They have plenty of parking. Their entrance is accessible by wheelchair or cart. The kids love to go there sometimes they have on Saturdays vendors that come and sell their vegetables and fruits and whatever's in season. They also have classes to help you learn about the plants that you have in your yard and how to take care of them. They'll educate you on fertilization watering and proper practices to keep your plants, healthy, and alive. I highly recommend buying all of your plants from Canterbury farms.

I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!
