The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do, listened as I pointed out a pet area to avoid, finished quickly, and didn't try to sell anything extra - I paid exactly what they quoted. The technician arrived within the timeframe given, called beforehand to ensure he had the right equipment to complete the job, and fixed the problem. The call was after hours on a Sunday.
