We booked with a large group and several of the group members felt that they were treated rudely by her. She was incredibly hard to get ahold of through both email and phone call. We contacted her several times through email and by phone about her using an incorrect email address for us that she never did correct. When our flights were canceled due to weather we were not helped by the office. We were informed that they could not help us with anything due to the trip being within 24hrs. We where directed to a phone service that we were on hold with for 4.5 hrs. After an hour of hold I called the agency office back to ask about cancellation policies and refunds for days missed and they informed me that they couldn't help with any changes and that I would have to wait on the phone like everyone else and they didn't have a magic button to push us through in line. The online service took so long our original airline was already booked full and we had to pay extra to fly with a different airline. We were also told that we would have to pay a penalty fee for missing a day at the resort due to weather, even though weather was out of our control. Overall we were very upset and would advise against anyone else using this agent or agency!

Ended up seeing all the amazing reviews for Mountain Based and asked my family if they wanted to go too. Everyone was super excited and the Mighty 5 national parks hotel tour did not disappoint!!! Tyler and Eric were hands down - amazing. Great drivers, funny, attentive, able to split themselves into infinite pieces to cover all the different speeds of my family members hiking. Tyler even knew I desperately wanted a photo at delicate arch but my wobbly fear of heights legs would not take me over to the photo spot so he offered to escort me there and back and be our photographer! The drives between parks were not bad at all - plenty of gas station stops along the way. The restaurants they took us to were delicious and the employees of the restaurants treated us like gold. The weather was a little toasty in June but it was still GREAT fun. Lots of history, information, facts, tips, safety from our guides. When we asked them for specific things like - taking a group photo at each of the National Park signs - the guides didn't grumble - they made the photos fun! And they remembered! They were sure to offer tons of photos and photostops! Thanks again Mountain Based! We already booked the family again for Yellowstone next year!!!! Whoooohooooo

I contacted the concierge at the Canyons re: transportation. They referred me to Snowbound Transportation. I immediately liked owner/operator Francisco Javellana when I spoke to him on the phone to make a reservation. I was traveling with a baby and a carseat so I had some concern about the type of vehicle we would have, the driver's abilities and wanting to ensure the driver would be ready for us on arrival. Francisco was easy to talk to and very professional. He was easy to trust and seemed very reliable. I requested text updates which he happily complied with. I received an immediate text confirmation a few minutes later and another the morning of our flight. On arrival (landed at 1am) I had an introductory text from our driver, Ronal. Our baby was fast asleep so I immediately called back hoping to ensure the driver would be available quickly. "No problem", I was told, and he promised to be right outside of Door 6 when we walked out. We gathered our luggage, literally turned around to see Door 6 behind us. We walked out and found our driver and car right there, easy to find and identifiable. "Ani?", he confirmed, as he expertly installed our carseat and quickly loaded the Ronal offered us chilled water and we were on our way by 1.15am. Our return flight was early morning as well. Our pickup was scheduled for 7am. At 6.53am, Ronal arrived and called to let me know he was waiting at the front of the hotel. Perfect! I had sent the luggage down early and was delighted as we walked out on a cold frozen morning with the baby to find the van warm and Carseat perfectly installed. Couldn't be happier! Definitely ask for Ronal!

As we were riding along a narrow road with sharp turns, listening to our guide tell us of a newly wed couple that haunts the area after a horrific crash on this very road!
