We booked with a large group and several of the group members felt that they were treated rudely by her. She was incredibly hard to get ahold of through both email and phone call. We contacted her several times through email and by phone about her using an incorrect email address for us that she never did correct. When our flights were canceled due to weather we were not helped by the office. We were informed that they could not help us with anything due to the trip being within 24hrs. We where directed to a phone service that we were on hold with for 4.5 hrs. After an hour of hold I called the agency office back to ask about cancellation policies and refunds for days missed and they informed me that they couldn't help with any changes and that I would have to wait on the phone like everyone else and they didn't have a magic button to push us through in line. The online service took so long our original airline was already booked full and we had to pay extra to fly with a different airline. We were also told that we would have to pay a penalty fee for missing a day at the resort due to weather, even though weather was out of our control. Overall we were very upset and would advise against anyone else using this agent or agency!

We had met David Story, the co-founder and pilot for this new Utah-based tour company at a charity event, and after discussing our interests with him, and our desire for an all-in day trip tour of the Grand Canyon, we decided to fly to the less crowded West Rim of the majestic Grand Canyon. Flying out of a small by convenient Ogden Airport, we enjoyed an easy and comfortable 2 hour flight on the 5 passenger Piper Navajo PA-31 twin engine prop plane. The flight wasn't too bumpy especially considering the mountain ranges we flew over on the way. Exactly two hours after departure we arrived at the West Rim airport and our pilot walked us the few hundred yards to check-in for the tours, and we set off on our adventures. The West Rim is on an Indian Reservation so it's one of the few places where you can take a short helicopter ride down to the Canyon Floor. As a result we started our adventure with a short helicopter flight to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. This was breathtaking as we took in amazing views of the Colorado River and the narrow canyon walls on our 1000 foot descent. At the bottom we enjoyed a cool boat ride along the Colorado River and enjoyed the incredible solitude and awe inspiring canyon walls. After returning to the heli terminal we took the short shuttle ride to each of the three scenic spots which were less than 5 minutes apart. At each one the views were amazing, especially from the Sky Walk at Eagles Landing, where we took the short walk out onto a glass-bottomed walkway nearly 4,000 feet above the floor of the Grand Canyon. Breathtaking! We ended up with a surprise overnight stay at the Hualapai Ranch, where we enjoyed the bonus of Indian BBQ, a nice camp fire, a beautiful sunrise over the Canyon, and a really cool horseback ride along the Canyon walls. Our return flight was slightly quicker and just as easy although a little bumpier. It was an awesome trip! Thank you to our pilots, David and Bret, for making this a fun and safe experience and dealing so admirably with the minor issues.

They mention Salt Lake City on the routes they advertise not Ogden (unless you read the fine print). This mis-informs people and there is a bit of a drive between the two cities plus Ogden is Ogden not Salt Lake!

Steve Judd was our guide throughout possessing the perfect calming and good natured temperment dealing with people and/or unexpected issues. He didn't seem phased or ruffled by much. He was very diligent in making sure every tour member knew what was happening whether we were grouped together or not. He also accounted for each piece of luggage at our various stops. We felt cared for and appreciated. Everything was handled in a professional manner whether it was with Steve or any of the office personnel (pre-tour). All of them were eager to assist in any way possible . . . they shine in customer service! :) All of our infomation packets (Pre-tour & during) were spot on preparing us for every aspect of our experience. We also appreciated the in person / Zoom pre-trip meeting as well as the rapid response to any questions we had. Now for our tour. We loved the size and pace. While the company can't control the weather, it was beautiful the whole time . . . May really is a great time to see Peru. Our local guides, Charo (Cultural) & Pepe (Incan), were warm, humourous, relatable, and knowledgeable. Reynaldo was our expert driver. All of our guides at Machu Picchu (a dream come true), the Amazon (Orlando & crew), and throughout Peru were top notch. We were impressed with all of our accommodations and the whole journey really was "Crafted With Purpose." There was time to rest and recuperate as well as enjoy all of the Peruvian destinations. Peru is so much more than Machu Picchu and we loved our whole experience. If you haven't been to Peru, you must go with Brian Judd Tours.

Excellent!! Referring them to everyone I can…read more We travel to Park City once a year. This year our schedules had us arriving at 1am on a holiday weekend at SLC. I contacted the concierge at the Canyons re: transportation. They referred me to Snowbound Transportation. I immediately liked owner/operator Francisco Javellana when I spoke to him on the phone to make a reservation. I was traveling with a baby and a carseat so I had some concern about the type of vehicle we would have, the driver's abilities and wanting to ensure the driver would be ready for us on arrival. Francisco was easy to talk to and very professional. He was easy to trust and seemed very reliable. I requested text updates which he happily complied with. I received an immediate text confirmation a few minutes later and another the morning of our flight. On arrival (landed at 1am) I had an introductory text from our driver, Ronal. Our baby was fast asleep so I immediately called back hoping to ensure the driver would be available quickly. "No problem", I was told, and he promised to be right outside of Door 6 when we walked out. We gathered our luggage, literally turned around to see Door 6 behind us. We walked out and found our driver and car right there, easy to find and identifiable. "Ani?", he confirmed, as he expertly installed our carseat and quickly loaded the Ronal offered us chilled water and we were on our way by 1.15am. Our return flight was early morning as well. Our pickup was scheduled for 7am. At 6.53am, Ronal arrived and called to let me know he was waiting at the front of the hotel. Perfect! I had sent the luggage down early and was delighted as we walked out on a cold frozen morning with the baby to find the van warm and Carseat perfectly installed. Couldn't be happier! Definitely ask for Ronal!

They text 2 hours before pick up time (which I didn't get because I was standing in a wedding line) saying they couldn't take my son to the airport so they just didn't show up at all. We were left totally without any way to send them off properly. I had to call 3 times and no one would ever call me back. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life and it had to be on my son's wedding.

Last night was one of those impromptu night-it was my wife's birthday and we had dinner reservations, but that was all. Pffftttt..... that can't be all. So I called Divine Limousine to see if by ANY chance they could do a last minute booking. The nice lady on the phone told me she'd check with a driver and call me back. A few minutes later, she called and I was scheduled for a pick up. My wife was surprised (and a bit embarrassed-she doesn't like attention) and we were whisked away for an evening of celebration. The car arrived right on time and the driver offered to take our picture in front of it. She showed us how to connect our phone to the car's bluetooth so we could play our music and we were on our way. The car itself was a little dated and dusty. The floor was a little dirty from previous guests. The glassware didn't match and there were different colored napkins in them. These were all minor things, but in situations like this-details count. The driver was absolutely wonderful-she accommodated our request to stay longer than scheduled and was easy to work with. We just texted her when we were done with dinner and ready to be picked up again. If you're looking for a fun way to get your celebration started, this is memorable way to do it!

This was a fun tour with an unexpected scary element toward the end...even scared our guide!…read moreThe downtown tour, which -bonus- started just walking distance from my hotel! Takes you on an informative ride through downtown with step off points, and a trip to the cemetary. They provide ghost detector devices that do go off and show activity in different areas. They warn you at the beginning that you probably won't see a ghost, but they remind you to check your photos, as sometimes you will see them in your photos. It's possible someone on our tour got something as the guide was telling the guest to submit her photo. Now for the scary part! As we were riding along a narrow road with sharp turns, listening to our guide tell us of a newly wed couple that haunts the area after a horrific crash on this very road! Suddenly the van scraped roadside bushes and swerved slightly, making us all gasp!!! Pretty sure the guide who was facing backward had to change his shorts! The driver apologized saying she was trying to avoid rough areas. It was PERFECT!! And incredibly timed!!

If you don't live here, and don't know of the "Ghost" stories, this would be a fun night time city…read moretour. But....if you live here, you know it's not that haunted. Grimm Ghost Stories does a good job of taking you around the city. It's a short tour of getting in and out of their van. You will then walk to the "Grimm" site, and the host will then tell you about the tragedy that took place at that very spot. There were only a handful of stops and I didn't I think they were ghostly just sad.
