They were well seasoned with onions and peppers. My other side was a zucchini and squash medley which I also really enjoyed. The hush puppies were average. The customer service was mixed, because while they seem to be pleasant to everybody, they managed to misplace my order. As a result, I must have waited almost 40 minutes while everyone else was served. They gave me a partial refund and apologized, which I appreciated. The catfish strips were small, overcooked, dark in color, dry, and had the flavor of burnt oil / grease. The shrimps were small, overcooked, dry, and tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil / grease. The fries were soggy and just like the fish and shrimp had a burnt taste to them. The hushpuppies were the only thing that was eatable and had great flavor. I only ate 2 pieces of the horrible catfish strips, 3 small shrimps, and a couple of the hushpuppies because that's all my stomach could only tolerate. New Orleans Seafood was a total let down.
