Today, I ordered a peach and lavender latte and a maple-glazed apple blondie. A friend got the stonefruit chai latte. Both drinks were delicious beyond our expectations, as was the blondie. The drink specials and rotating baked goods are always great. Service at the truck is friendly (the proprietor is so kind and patient) and efficient. The menus are clearly posted outside the truck so patrons can study them while waiting in line (if a line has formed). If this coffee truck had a storefront, I imagine it'd be my favorite coffee spot in town. The drinks and treats give such cozy vibes. This shop has three stand outs to me. If you're Just a simple coffee drinker - try the Madagascar vanilla nut. If you like (hot) chai lattes they have my favorite out there so far! I tried a frozen lemonade recently and it's so yummy and refreshing during the summer. One location is open until late evening which I think is awesome. I find myself wanting a late coffee now and again but most importantly I respect later hours because it gives students a place to go outside of their home to get a drink and work done in a comfortable environment.
