The dishes we tried were quite authentic Sichuan style. We ordered the Home Style Pork Feet with Lima Beans ($18.99). The pork feet were very tender and flavorful, and the lima beans added a nice texture. The soup was especially delicious, and the dipping sauce reminded me of what I used to have in Chengdu when I was young. The Twice-Cooked Pork ($16.99) was excellent! the pork wasn't too fatty and was very flavorful, especially with the green peppers. The Chengdu Pork Blood Cubes in Red Pepper Broth ($21.99) were also very good. (I believe the English name may not be accurately translated.) The Sauteed Winter Melon with Chicken Fat ($13.99) was great as well. Overall, Sichuan Sizzling really exceeded my expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and authenticity of the Sichuan-style food. We were satisfied with the fast service as well, and the prices are fair. I will definitely visit again to try other specialty dishes like Fresh Frog in Rattan Pepper Broth with Ginger Sauce and Leatherjacket Fish.
