I did not really believe in it at first : if you have a problem you need a shrink, and if you don't, you have your mother /husband / friends...but a coach? Then I met Yuko before she became a coach , she is a dynamic, positive and smiling person and it is a pleasure to to hang out with her . To be honest that is why I came to the workshop :the good vibes . There , she asked us some clever questions , she told us to have fun and enjoin to think about our future self without any " But " : I would want to be blabla BUT! She gave us a magic wand to imagine our future self . It was fun , creative and interesting. After that we had to choose pictures illustrating our written wishes . When we finished I was surprised to see that all made sense , all the ideas were following the same path . I always have plenty of ideas, too many to be well organized . It helped me to clear my mind , focus on what I really want. Then I thought : After all, why not !? One week later , the project that has been asleep in my drawer for 2 years now is on track and I am really excited ! If it doesn't work , it doesn't matter because I would have tried ... but I have plenty of other ideas , and I am sure it will work! I attended Yuko's workshop called Vision Board 2019 in January which was timely as I was eager to project myself into this New Year. Full of ideas all over the place in my head, this workshop gave me the opportunity to take the time to open up my mind, to visualize and express what were my ideas, my wishes, my intentions, my goals and even find some "Why not?. With my vision board, I came up with a nice picture of what I wished so I took a deep dive into it and tackled my first goal right away!
