Great Tax Service in Melbourne, Florida!…read more I normally do my own taxes, and would do my mom's taxes also before she passed. But due to critical need for Cash this year, tried to get an advance this year! My first impression was not good as we had a big dustup over my Application for an advance, but due to owed taxes to the IRS, an advance would have been no use to me! No Worries! Owner Nosbens is very responsive to emails and phone calls and will take the time to answer any questions about your Taxes! I think this is a great Tax firm! Even though I normally do my own taxes. Do to an extremely minor mistake while filing our taxes last year, we owed the IRS a pretty hefty…read moresum of money. I have never had to deal with the IRS before and to be honest they were pretty relentless and unforgiving. After getting the run around for months filing endless paperwork that I had no clue what it was or even how to navigate process, the interest was compounding on top of what was already owed. Finally, I decided to seek help and stumbled across Chris and Chris Management. After speaking with them about my issue, I was instantly put at ease. I signed a few pages giving them the right to work with IRS on my behalf and I was done. The navigation of the system must be second nature to them because in the matter of a week I was receiving letters from the IRS with restructured lower interest owed and some other legal/financial jargon that once again did not understand. I was told by Chris and Chris to ignore and that he had it all under control. A week and a half later I was beside myself when after everything was said and done, my about owed to the IRS was around than 15% of what they originally came after me for. The amount of effort that had to go in to that I can only imagine was time consuming. After one phone call to the IRS I wanted to pull my hair out. Chris and Chris Management literally saved me from a financial disaster and I could not be more grateful. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend this company.
