The report that was provided for me was blurry, unethically and completely wrong. When I tried to reach out back to Mr. John Folson he was not answering phone calls or emails. After multiples attempts he finally answered very rude, his speech was slurred and he stated that he didn't know who I was; he also was very unprofessional and didn't want to provide me with a date to correct the report and send it back to me.
