I love my old dentist, he's like family, but Dr. Eisenberg was so gentle and kept asking me if I felt anything, so I'll be going to him from now on! I couldn't be happier!!

I had a tooth abscess, my last molar failed, so no molars bottom left side of my mouth from injury. Dentist referred Dr Azghandi for implants, said "oh he's the best!". First appointment was to evaluate the pros/cons of removing the tooth, & if I decided yes we could remove it that day. Azghandi gave me a 1 minute explanation & said he'd let me decide.. meanwhile as I was considering the surgery, he was pacing back & forth and asking the dental assistant if I made my decision yet, clearly acting impatient with his prospective "patient". I decided to have my molar extracted and we started surgery right away. During surgery, I politely asked if that noise was him extracting the tooth, and he replied in a loud/condescending manor, "You don't need to know that!!".. I was a bit taken back by his rudeness & inability to communicate properly, surgery goes on, & he finally removes my tooth with lots of effort, my teeth have very long roots and prior tooth extractions were not fun (I've had all my wisdom teeth & the rear molars removed for braces, 8 teeth total pulled, then my rear molar cracked from a dentist filling and that rear left molar was removed, leaving my bottom left jaw with 1 last molar which he was removing that day.) He put a cadaver bone in to build up the bone line, had to do this twice because the first one was too small to fill the void. Next 2 days I had to take pain meds because they ran out that night, the third day/morning I called in the office to ask for a refill and I told them I just needed enough to get through the day because I was going to work in the field & was still in a lot of discomfort. They said I needed to come into the office & Azghandi wanted to see me, I told them it was not happening because I was on my way to a customer's house at 8:30am, & if he could just write a refill for a small amount to get me through the day, that is all I was looking for. They refused to do so and left me hanging in pain all day, I took 2 Tylenol extra strength and was STILL feeling an aching/throbbing in my jaw and was working in discomforting pain the whole day. Fast forward to the 1 month follow up visit, I confirmed the appointment about 3 times for 11:30am, I arrived at 11:28am, and the office assistant said "Oh well the Dr. is about to go into surgery, we didn't think you were coming for your appointment", I said I confirmed my appointment with you multiple times, why would you make me take time off of work for this appointment just to go do surgery on someone else, complete disrespect to me & my time. She ended up getting Azghandi to stop prepping for his surgery and he saw me, literally took 1 minute for him to look in my mouth & say "everything looks fine, see you in a few more months." So I go to check out and ask about the next appointment, and she tells me that my 1 implant could get scheduled in May, and I said No, it's 2 implants that I need, not one (I had no molars bottom left jaw but 2 molars top left jaw), like WTF, what doctor would give you a half-assed solution? I told her to get the doc so I can talk to him, she hesitated, delayed a few minutes then got up and checked on the dr. and then came back and told me he was in surgery and couldn't see me, and that I needed to reschedule, and had the audacity to tell me and straight up lie to me that I was late to my appointment and that somehow I was to blame for their incompetence. I was furious, these people screwed me over and had no remorse and tried blaming me for their incompetence, what professional does that?? I had to walk away from this complete waste of time and absolute terrible business practice, looked at my phone and it was 11:47am as I walked down the long hallway. I've since contacted another periodontist who completed a full assessment & even found I needed a gum graft very soon for 1 tooth!

When scheduling my wisdom tooth removal I was told I would be under Anastasia and as well as when I…read moregot there on the day my tooth was going to be removed. About an hour before my removal they bring in pills and say this is a pill form of anesthesia (that is not a thing). My body doesn't take medicine very well and I always need a high dose of any medication I take and after the first set of meds he gave me didn't work and I was still completely awake he brings in more. Was not told the name of anything but was told it's Anastasia in pill form. I was awake for all of it because I was not giving any form of Anastasia and was given sleeping medicine. I am on sleeping medicine because I have ADHD and it take forever for me to sleep at night. The dr that prescribes my sleeping medicine stopped it and told me it sounds like you where actually overdosed on what ever medication they gave you and now my body goes back into that state of shock when I take any form of sleeping medicin. I called about 4 days after the surgery saying sum is wrong and was guilt tripped for 45 minutes. I can't drink Gatorade with the stomach issues and GERD I have. I went to the hospital for throwing up for three days straight and popping my stitches and the dentist said drink Gatorade. It settles Your stomach because of the surgery drink it is. Explaining I can't drink dyed drinks of any kind and especially not red he just kept saying drink Gatorade. Trying to word it differently and doing anything I could go maybe get him to understand I can't he just kept talking over me. Also later on told me it was sleeping medicine I was given and not what I paid for. In the parking lot the day I got my tooth out the receptionist was very rough and mad my wife needed help and more gauze because I threw up and grabbed my face n jammed my jaw shut. When my wife talked to her to ask a question she walked away and wouldn't answer her question if they have a throw up bag for the ride home. Terrible place and terrible owner.

But I got a second opinion and that dentist, doing further tests, confirmed that the cavity could be filled. Left me wondering why this dentist did not do the additional tests, which consisted of an x-ray and a cold test - nothing fancy - before concluding that the tooth needed to be pulled and replaced with an implant.

After a regular cleaning you receive a goodie bag filled with a toothbrush, travel size toothpaste, floss, or mouthwash. If you have a phobia of going to the dentist you need not worry here, it is a very comfortable environment and you can watch TV while the examination is going on, how many dental practices do you know that have TVs anchored into the ceiling for your viewing pleasure....I don't know of any. The prices are reasonable and won't break the bank. Appointments don't take long after the initial consultation and Xrays. Dr. Devlin does great work and you won't be disappointed.

Dr Devlin was a very good dentist but retired recently. I saw the new dentist for a sharp edge on a…read moretooth. I described and pointed to tooth. She then touched a tooth with a probe and then added a small amount of filling and smoothed something. After she finished (10 mins) I felt the tooth and it was still rough. After getting a mirror and again pointing to the tooth she said she did the tooth next to it. She proceeded to smooth the correct tooth for about 10 seconds. She then sent me a bill for $253, $70 for an exam and $183 for working on the wrong tooth. She insisted I should pay because she performed the service even though it was the wrong tooth. After phone calls and a letter she agreed to cut it to $150. Still ridiculous.

I recently went through a dental emergency and he was there all along the way, keeping in touch through a weekend until he could see me. Through the weekend er visits and talking with me on the phone and text to keep up with the status. Never have I seen a dentist that would accommodate a patient like this. He takes a vested interest in his patients and the outcome of their dental health. Highly recommend him and his staff. The care, experience and quality is top notch!!!

Sorry but I have to update this review. This practice has an issue with the support staff. The last…read moretime I was in for a cleaning I saw Dr Bakir and the appt went fine. This time not so much. The receptionist kept calling my Carolyn even though my name is printed on all the electronic forms. This is really frustrating. I unknowingly was booked with a technician. Not only was she overagressive with use of a huge steel dental pick around my gum line and scraping areas that were sensitive she was heavily pregnant and kept putting her stomach on either my shoulder or head during the exam. That is totally inappropriate to touch a patient like that. Also the last time I was there for a repair (I had a weird chip on my front tooth) Dr Bakir fixed it with something called a film and not bonding. It literally looks clear. That was also inappropriate. I probably will end up scheduling elsewhere next time.
