The gentlemen at this facility are always working hard, efficiently and effectively. I pulled up with 4 other cars ahead of me and the owner was quick to get everyone's information for easy payment and service as soon as you pulled up to the working bay. He confirmed my vehicle details, oil type, and current mileage; promptly came back with a new oil change reminder sticker, receipt of payment and soon thereafter I was up! It was crazy how fast they work but clear to see why when you take note of how effectively they all work as a team. read more

Weird hours, they never seem to have the right oil for my VW, the employees are kind of meh..They act like you wanting your car serviced is a problem . May take a little longer but drive down to American Tire . Employees there are nice. They have all the oil. They get the job done. read more

They live up to their name. QUICK. Also they are super friendly, and i love how much they seem to care about the community. Everybody around here is raising their prices, but they have determined to keep theirs reasonable - because they know how hard it is for everybody out here and they want to make a real difference. Kind, Competent, professional, and down-to-Earth. 10/10 read more

I bring 4 vehicles here. I trust them and the wait time is so short. Some other local oil change places are trying to steal their business by immoral means, but I'm standing by this business. Since covid, the world is filled with even more unscrupulous people. Yucca Valley Quick Lube has never let me down and I have nothing to gain but the hope that they'll stay in business as long as I'm driving. read more

Got in and out in about 20 minutes. The employees were friendly and professional. A great service at a reasonable price.

Beats going down the hill for an oil change. I can get an oil change down the hill for $60 but this place is less than a mile from my house. Was charged $80. Got to sit in my car the whole time while my son admired the tools in the garage. Probably took about 20mins total that's including the time I waited for the person ahead of me. $80 is a little bit more than I've paid in the past for a change but beats the drive and inconvenience. read more

Terrific service and staff at this location! Fair prices and they check everything promptly! Highly recommended! read more

There's nothing bad I can write here to describe these guys. If you want quality service with a guaranteed good value of opinion. These are your guys. Great Quality service and good character people here to meet all your service and vehicle needs. I used to overpay at other shops and Honda dealerships for the service I thought I needed to meet my vehicle needs. I tried these guys out three years ago, and I have never had to overpay my budget again. These guys have been the best and #1 for my vehicle needs three years in a row. I appreciate and value these guys hard work and guaranteed success for three years now. I often leave them a good tip or buy them lunch for their hard work after my vehicle gets serviced. This year for a gift for Christmas to show my appreciation for these guys. I have bought them a 47" VIZIO SMART TV for a BIG THANK you and team effort to keep me coming back for quality and professional service. They are smart, quick, friendly people who work hard everyday to make their customers happy. Yucca Valley Quick Lube is THE backbone of any oil needs in the Morongo Basin. The staff is friendly, reputable, efficient, and customer-centric. They're an essential part of our town, and I will always recommend people to go to them for any oil needs. My vehicle has been running great! read more

If you need a quick oil change in town, this is one of the best places, including John's Garage. YV Quick Lube is better in the sense they do oil changes on a first-come-first-serve basis and they're open on the weekends. I have a new 2022 Ford Maverick and even learned some things about my car from the lads that work here! They communicate with you every step of the way. Please don't let the looks of their garage deter you - they are small, but mighty! $80 for full synthetic and other maintenance inspections provided. Quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and courteous - they called me ma'am. LOL read more

These guys ROCK!! We take all 5 of our cars here. The guys are always friendly, professional and get you in and out quickly!! And they also have better prices than the other surrounding oil change facilities. If you're looking to get your car serviced, I highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed!! read more

Had an oil change done in 10 minutes and was back in the road. Friendly staff too! Overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend

I love this place. I haven't gone anywhere else since I found it. You don't have to leave your car, and they're quick and thorough.

Steve was extremely helpful and polite he made sure we were well informed of our purchase and what the differences of oil and why super synthetic is the perfect match for our vehicle! I will be coming back and I would recommend to all my family and friends. read more

Steve (the owner) personally checked the fluids and answered all my questions. His crew took about 3min to do my oil change and used my preferred fully synthetic (mobile 1). They are open early and late in the day and are very knowledgeable and a historic local institution. So glad to have this great service. AND THEIR PRICES ARE OUTSTANDING! read more

They definitely live up to the Quick name. Just drove up, waited in the vehicle and it took all of 7min to change the synthetic oil on my minivan. Looks like they also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and knocked out my engine air filter. I usually go to John's and that was $65 last time, so I was a bit surprised at the cost at $90. read more

Always friendly and fast service. Happy to have my Buick Enclave serviced there more then 3 times.

Go to Jiffy. Customer service here sucks which doesn't seem possible at a drive thru oil change but they managed to be dicks.

Amazing family owned business, love them, always gentleman when I come in. Polite and go above and beyond. Every man who works here represents the company well read more

We highly recommend this business! This was our 2nd time getting an oil change in our Acura MDX at YV Quick Lube. The owner is very nice and considerate and Jay(?) who did the oil change was really quick and efficient. In and out in minutes without having to get out of your car. We will only use them going forward for our vehicles. Thanks again guys! Great job! read more

I came here a couple of weeks ago on a recommendation from an employee at Tire Pros. I am very satisfied with the service I received and glad for the recommendation! Quick yet great service! Jeremy was very friendly and attentive. After he changed the engine oil he checked all the fluids and tire pressure to ensure I was all good to go! I'm sure he didn't have to do that, but it's part of providing great service and that's what he did! read more

Had oil changed here in june, next day had oil on the driveway from a leak, Took it back, they said they fixed it. Today i am paying a mechanic 900 dollars for a new oil pan, as the drain bolt had been stripped and they tried to thread a bigger bolt in, which obviously didn't work, Will not return here and will be telling everyone in town what happened. read more

I have used Yucca Valley quick lube twice in the past and received good customer service. However, today I witnessed something that was beyond rude. The dumpster is placed in a way on the corner of the building that blocks through traffic. The three young boys working had just parked to the side of the dumpster in a legitimate parking spot, but because the dumpster is in the way doesn't allow access on the backside of the building. The dumpster and the employee parked vehicle completely block traffic to the northwest side of the building. I am sure the Fire Marshall would have something to say about that. It's not really the fact that they blocked the parking spot but how they responded to a woman who asked them to move their car so that she could continue to drive through. They pompously continued to walk back into their place of work well yelling at her that they are parked in a parking spot. The three young boys, at work, ended up yelling at the woman who was trying to drive by. I drove up just about at 12:30 and was informed by one of the boys that they are closed for lunch. Maybe for safety reasons you need at least two people working in the garage at a time, but there were three employees. You really have to close for lunch for an hour when you have three employees? How about one person goes to lunch at a time, two people keep working, and then you rotate lunches? Who knows how many customers you lose over the lunch hour. I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere for an oil change. There was no reason for these employees to arrogantly block traffic and be rude to a woman that was driving by. read more

These guys are awesome. Fast, friendly and helpful. This was my first time here and I won't go anywhere else to get my oil changed again.

I get the best service at Quick Lube. I went in today for an oil change and Steve was very helpful. I didn't need the oil change right now. He checked under the hood, also checking fluid levels for me. Steve and his guys are very professional and they are open seven days a week. Check the website for hours. This is the only place in town that I use and they offer the best prices! Thanks guys! read more

Two stars for customer service (honestly deserves five), which is outstanding, but this is the second time I've had to take my car in to a mechanic after getting my oil changed. The first time, AC runoff was leaking into my car which my mechanic told me happened during an oil change. This time when I got an oil change, I asked the attendant to see if he could tell why my temp gauge was coming on while sitting in idle. He messed with the battery, checked the fuses, added coolant, and did some other tinkering I couldn't make out. By the time he was done, my car barely turned over, my battery light and airbag light were on, but at least the car wasn't overheating. He told me it must be my alternator. Convenient. I went to work last night and when I got off, again my car barely turned over, my lights nor radio turned on, all of the maintenance lights were on, my gas gauge wasn't registering that there was gas in the car, and there was a funky egg smell coming from the engine compartment. When I brought my car in this morning, the finger was pointed at ME. That it couldn't possibly be anything the attendant did. I heard them sarcastically joking that "because I was trying to be nice and look at it, of COURSE it's my fault". Of course it is, sir. YOU were the one messing around with my car and unless it's just some really big coincidence that my car is now not functioning properly, it IS your fault. I HATE leaving reviews like this for businesses that seriously have some excellent customer service, but I drove out of there with a shrug from the owner and what sounded like an apology, but was barely audible. Now I have to spend money I don't have to get my car fixed and I'm humiliated by the treatment I received from these people. Customer beware. Service is generally great (especially from the wife of the business), but these accidents keep happening and I can't afford a $40 oil change that turns into a couple hundred dollar repair. read more

Best service experience ever!!!! My husband bought the oil and filter to change oil on my Toyota Tundra. After seeing how difficult it would be, he decided to "have it done". After checking reviews, I called Yucca Valley Quick Lube and they were pleasant and informative on the phone. I drove over and the Owner was on site and a pleasure to meet. They were quick, efficient, and super nice. Right behind Starbucks. I will be back for service on all my vehicles. read more
