They were able to ease my nerves as it's my first time ever getting these procedures. The team sent me all the instructions I needed prior to the procedure to help me prepare. The only downside to this experience is that they couldn't find my vein for a while, and there was no other option but to give anesthesia through IV. Some facilities have backup options like laughing gas. They ultimately found it, just in time for my procedure. The entire procedure took about an hour, I woke up pretty quickly, and I was also surprised how quickly they were able to get my results. They had images of the findings for me. The only thing that took a couple of days was biopsy. I'd totally come back to this facility in the future, and I'd recommend Dr. Ng and her team to anyone in the area looking for all things gastroenterology related.

Appointments that are critical, and should be scheduled with-in days, or a few weeks, are often only available months out. I had an appointment with Dr. Chala to look at knee pain I've been having for 6 weeks. He did a thorough exam, and ordered an MRI which I got done within 45 min just down the hall. Then I saw him right after the MRI to diagnose the problem and he proceeded to order a cortisone shot and physical therapy. I got the shot before I left the office.
