I made the effort to plan my day around this appointment and show up when I was supposed to, only to be turned away. What made the situation even worse was the way it was handled. There was no effort to accommodate me or provide a reasonable solution. As a customer, I expect a business to honor scheduled appointments--especially when the customer arrives on time. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the way I was treated, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

This place didn't even have champagne or anything decent, just typical boxed wine. The receptionist was clueless when I called back for directions. And if they had any beverages took time for her to even respond, maybe obviously a very young individual. The salon tech that I was paired with was nice. But just okay. I asked to make it wavy or pretty as far as kind of a curl, all she did was wash it, blow dry round Brush it, and it still didn't fill salon Gorgeous or fresh. Willl never return and don't recommend this spot. Awaste of money from the lyft to the distant location to the service itself...I should have went somewhere closer to me but it popped up as a recommendation or better don't it myself with my heated curlers. I thought it was odd that the tip was separated from the actual process amount. I had to run my card twice. I'll show in the pictures. I didn't get a chance to even take photos of the inside of the location which you can see on here anyways, not that it's worth bragging about very small. I'm not very professional in my opinion. That horrendous haircut was the first that I had gotten in the San Antonio area since we moved down here last year. I thought I could just live with it, but I like to go six months between haircuts and there was no way I was going let myself continue to look like I did for 4.5 more months. The salon is located in a tranquil area just off the beaten path but close to 35. The decor is modern and it's very clean. The vibe inside the salon is also very peaceful. Paul was very professional, listened to my complaints, offered good feedback, and gave me the face framing angles I was looking for. Then, he gave me a nice style so I could go home with an extra special look that my husband wouldn't be able to miss. The color I got from the other salon was (is) also a mess, and Paul offered his opinions about my next steps. I believe I will return soon to get my color corrected. I have to also add that when I got home from the salon, my husband commented on how amazing my hair looked perhaps three times in the first hour. I've been home for several hours now, and he is still pausing to look at me, smile, and compliment. Thank you, Paul! Picture: I wish I had taken a picture before I left the salon, because it looked extremely good fresh, but this is after running errands... I'll try to post an updated photo after I give it a wash to highlight the actual cut rather than the style.
