I do a range of treatments with them, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and even cupping. That said, I was very disappointed with my recent experience trying to schedule an appointment for my husband, who is currently in pain. I completely understand that offices have policies in place, and I respect that. However, my husband works during the day and, like many people, isn't able to leave work early. Since the office isn't open on weekends and doesn't accept new patients after 3:00 PM, I explained that the earliest I could realistically get him there would be around 3:30-4:00 PM. I was simply hoping there might be some flexibility or another option. Instead, I was told they were "unwilling to help in any way," that these were strict policies, and that we would need to "find another doctor." While I understand policies exist for a reason, hearing that from a healthcare office was incredibly disheartening. It wasn't just the policy that was upsetting--it was the complete lack of empathy and willingness to even discuss possible solutions. Throughout the conversation, I felt dismissed and spoken over whenever I tried to explain our situation. As a longtime patient, it was discouraging to experience that level of customer service and compassion from an office I've trusted for years. I still value the treatment I've personally received here, but I sincerely hope the office will consider approaching situations like these with more understanding.
