When I saw that someone had made a post on here talking badly about Yours Truly Piercing, Aaron, and the lovely lady that works the desk, all because they had to wait as a walk in, I just had to put my 2 cents in. There is always one that doesn't understand that sometimes you have to wait until the worker is done with the first person in line in order to get what you're asking for. First off, everyone has their own opinions and experiences. That doesn't always mean you have to put it out there for the world to see. Aaron has been my piercer ever since I got my industrial at 15 (I'm 22 now), and that will never change. He always takes care and pride in his work, and he is very kind and understanding. Even when I stopped getting piercings for a few years and came back in, he remembered exactly who I was; which means a lot. In the 7 years I've known him he has been one of the most professional and respectful people I've met. Every time I've walked into Aaron's studio I've felt nothing but safe. At my last appointment when I walked in there was another person who had been waiting already. Once I got checked in, Aaron ended up asking me if I would mind if he took the other person back first before he started on me since I had just gotten there and they were there for a jewelry change. Aaron came to me first and asked if it was okay instead of just doing it. That's not just a kind person being respectful of someone else time, but it also shows how professional he is. The older I get the more I see people are in a rush to do everything, and im not an exception I do it to, but taking your impatience out on someone else is just not right. People need to do better. The world isn't a great place and people are struggling everyday, and you never know what someone is going through. People need to learn to be kinder to others, and to have more patience. I just want to say thank you Aaron for all that you do. You are an amazing person and I can't wait to come back and get another piercing from you! I cannot say enough good things about Yours Truly Piercing and Aaron Victory. My daughter and I have been going to Aaron for our piercings since she was 14, she is 24 now. He is not only knowledgeable, but also kind and caring. He always takes time with his clients and makes sure they are comfortable. We have used the handy online appointment calendar as well as made appointments in person and never had an issue with Aaron nor his staff. His shop is always clean and he makes sure his equipment is all sanitized as well as takes all precautions for safety. I have also had to go in when I have snagged jewelry and needed it put back in. He even takes it and sanitizes it before use. If I have been a walk in, I have had no problem waiting as I know people with appointments come first and expect the same courtesy when I have an appointment. I know he now has a new baby boy and I believe family comes first, so if he might be a few minutes late because of an emergency at home, or because a customer needed extra attention, I have no issues with that. This just goes to show he is an excellent businessman and professional in every way. I, too, have been a business owner in customer service for 20+ years and understand how difficult it can be dealing with individuals of all personalities and how we cannot always make everyone happy no matter what the circumstance. All I know is that Aaron provides a clean and comfortable environment and top notch jewelry as well as service. I was previously a Physician Assistant and I am leary of germs, and I find his sanitary practices and after care recommendations to be excellent. I am also a firm believer in speaking with a business owner before blasting them on social media if I have any issues, because most of the time these issues are easily resolved. Of course, we all know there are "Karens" in our world who aren't as kind, caring, and thoughtful, who unfortunately have to blast a business (for no reason) on social media, "behind closed doors". Aaron is the best at piercing in every way. His standards are the highest for everything: cleanliness, safety, the client's comfort, artistry, and more. Excellent professional. I checked out several tattoo and piercing parlors when my daughter wanted piercings. Aaron pleasantly answered all my numerous questions and explained his equipment. He has hospital-level sanitizing and is probably more conscientious about NOT breaking the sanitization chain than most I've seen in the medical profession. I trust him implicitly. He's very calm and the process is a breeze. He knows what he's doing and makes sure everything is precisely level and knows how to deal with old scar tissue. He takes his time with you and makes sure that he is happy with the placement, and you are also. I, my daughter, and my niece all have multiple piercings from Aaron. When my niece unexpectedly started having excessive blood loss in the lobby after we thought she was done, Aaron made sure to take care of her, he kept her calm, addressed the issue and the bleeding stopped. Aaron discovered she was probably low in iron from a vegetarian diet and that day turned her around to at least eat fish and chicken. We've all known Aaron for almost 15 years and tell everyone to see him for their piercings. He is an all around great guy who is a credit to his profession. read more

Aaron is the ONLY piercer I will see around here and there's a reasong why. The cleanliness of his shop, the overall decor, supporting local artists, the quality and amount of jewelry, the friendly staff, and Aaron's overall attitude and skill in his work. Recently I had seen someone left a nasty review of his shop, which stinks to see because what had happened was completely based on entitlement of the customer. As someone who experiences vesovagal responses along with my family, Aaron made sure his client was safe to leave after experiencing this response. You should never let someone who has experienced this response until they are 100% ready. Because of my trust in Aaron and the calm atmosphere, I don't experience this response when I get pierced nor do I really feel the piercing because he is just THAT GOOD. All of this is to say, if you're going to get a piercing, go to Aaron. Also, if you're going to be nasty and super entitled when Aaron is caring for his customers, we don't need you there ruining the atmosphere. I've been to Aaron for piercing appointments as well as walk in jewelry replacement, and I've never had anything less than a great experience. Hes attentive during appointments, cares about comfort level, is detail oriented and makes sure that you leave happy with your piercing and your time spent in the shop. Jewelry replacements and changes are walk in, even though I don't mind a bit of wait (I understand they're booked out with appointments) I was greeted promptly and received friendly service from the staff, even though they had a lobby full I was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes. I'll be booking with Aaron again soon for my next piercing and can't wait, never a bad experience, and a little wait is worth it for a quality experience. Aaron is the absolute best at what he does and I wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings. Lovely, clean shop, very professional work ethic, absolutely the sweetest front desk worker too. The jewelry is top of the line as well, Aaron is very meticulous about his work and the jewelry selection that is sold in his shop. Make an appointment! When you are getting pierced by him you are getting his undivided attention until you walk out that door. For jewelry changes he does accept walk ins but you may have to wait just a little as he does prioritize actual appointments. As does any reputable business. Aaron has been the only piercer I have used for 14 years. He is top notch, professional, kind and considerate. My family moved out of the area for 8 years and I while I was gone, I would drive 3 hours for a piercing because he was the only one I trusted to do a clean, precise piercing with fantastic customer service and high grade jewelry. He was worth the drive. I went in to get my bridge jewelry downsized and also ended up getting a nostril chain last second. I went in during walk in hours and only had to wait 5 minutes because he had to get set up.
