I usually love this place. I love the owners, and Matt does a wonderful job. But he was busy the other night when I went in, and this other gentleman did my tattoo. Horrible job done. The tattoo looked nothing like the picture, and he told me to come back in two weeks so he could fix it. It was a very basic tattoo. To give them the benefit of the doubt, they told me I was dehydrated... mind you, I drink over 84 ounces of water a day and had peed like 4 times before I even was able to get back to the guy. I don't know his name. Not to mention, I had to wait 3 hours before being seen. I will not be going back.

My wife wanted a butterfly tattoo for the longest time, she finally went and got herself one and this is how it came out. I thought butterfly wings were supposed to be a symmetrical. Won't be coming back here

Rude artist. Rushed art. Line work doesn't connect or match up, looks like a rushed piece

I completely and respectfully disagree with Paul. I had the distinct pleasure of letting Joshua K tattoo me tonight. I had my design already. The owners Matt and his wife were there tonight as well. When we walked in (it was 3 of us, 2 of us got detailed art work done) we were warmly greeted. These guys are some damn good artists. I looked at their work before even asking for a price on mine. I went ahead and decided to get the tattoo. This particular tattoo, was very deep and personal to me. Joshua took the time to understand that. He skectched a copy over and placed the template exactly where and how I wanted it, no questions asked or pushback. (Some previous shops I have been too have said they dont like certain areas of the body to be worked on). This tattoo went on my back om my right shoulder blade. On a pain scale 1 - 10, I gave it a 4.5. I have a low tolerance so I was even happier that it didnt hurt as much as I thought it was. Call me a glutton for pain... love the ink hate the pain lol. From start to finish, took maybe an hour. Was a very detailed piece, and Joshua executed it perfectly. The shop was clean, well kept and the entire tattoo process was 100% transparent, you saw everything they were doing, new needles being opened, proper disease prevention measures etc. I did have a small wait before sitting in Joshuas chair, but Matt and his wife were friendly and very social the entire time. I honestly have never had such a great experience like this. My friend with me had the same exact experience. The other customers, same thing. I highly recommend them. I attached my tattoo below. The price was very fair.

Okay so went here a few months ago to get my nose pierced which was good I had no problems it healed up good no infection was great the guy was super sweet I would come here again for more piercings he also gave me a discount for my lip ring because it was already pierced

I can no longer reccomend this businesses. I can honestly say the owner is a good artist. "IF" you can get a complete tattoo the day you arrive and for a preapproved in concrete price, you should be OK. Be very very careful NEVER to BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES. He only see them for the value of what you pay not the cash value he claims they are worth. SO there is no discount savings, and no advantage to purchase them. Also be prepared to make several appointments that he wont keep, probably for legit reasons. But he wont do the courtesy of calling or texting g you ahead if time because only his time and gas have value, not yours.

The worst tat ever....look at the childlike squiggly lines on the snakes. ...horrific

1 star -- only because I can't give zero…read more We called earlier in the day to ask about walk-ins and were met with straight-up attitude. Still gave them a chance. Mistake. When we got there, my 45-year-old sober mother set an empty beer can outside because they didn't have a trash can. She even told the guy walking in with his coffee she'd grab it on the way out. He laughed. Said nothing. Cue the drama. Inside, we got hit with "what are you getting?" -- no hello, no guidance, just cold energy like we were ruining their day. We figured out the forms ourselves, waited 30 minutes, then suddenly they declared my mom "inebriated" and refused to tattoo her. She was stone cold sober. Apparently they have psychic bartending powers now? And yes, we flipped them off on the way out. Petty? Sure. Deserved? Absolutely. Their response to our Google review was straight-up fiction. At this point, I wouldn't trust them to tattoo a banana, let alone a human

Gabbi was our piercer and she was SO kind and patient. She took extra time explaining everything to my daughter before the first piercing. We couldn't get my daughter to cooperate for the second ear, so Gabbi let us know we could come back later and she would honor the piercing price. We came back a few hours later and they still spent extra time with my daughter to calm her down and help her understand that it would be super fast. We are so thankful for their thoroughness and kindest. We hope this review pays it forward!

The store front was visible from the main road and you'll see "TATTOO" in large lettering but their personal sign next to the door was a bit hard to see. I couldn't tell if it was"Guys & Dolls" right away until I saw the red sign next to their entrance. The parking in the front was very limited but i found a sign that said there was parking in the back and found a parking spot right away. Their shop was clean and the woman that greeted me was friendly and helped me out right away. I signed a waiver, paid for my piercings and she recommended an after care product that I purchased also. While she went to prepare the piercing room, I hung out in the waiting area and enjoyed the tattoo magazines on the side table as well as all the art up on the walls. I was in the piercing room in no more than 10 minutes. I had a girlfriend come with me and the process was fast and easy. My piercer was sanitary and professional. I asked for a female too. I had a great experience and would recommend this shop to anyone getting piercings done

My daughter is a super anxious person and gave the lady a run for her money. The owner was SO patient and understanding. I imagine it was a frustrating experience for her. I'm incredibly grateful for how calm she was and how well she explained the process to my daughter. My daughter ended up not getting it done. I got pierced again instead. When my daughter is completely ready I'll definitely take her back.

As a small business owner myself, I understand how valuable honest feedback is -- which is why I'm…read moresharing my experience here. I drove over an hour to this shop for a simple piercing jewelry change. The shop is listed as opening at 11AM, but the doors didn't unlock until 11:07. That might not seem like much, but when you've traveled a long distance and have to plan around work and traffic, every minute counts -- especially when a business posts specific hours across all platforms. Once inside, I waited nearly 20 minutes while the previous client -- a minor with a parent -- lingered in the room chatting after their service was already done. There was still another client ahead of me, and it was clear things were moving slowly. I started to get anxious about being late for work (which I wouldn't have been if the shop had opened on time), so I politely asked if I could just purchase the jewelry and change it myself. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful, even checking my nails to see if I'd be able to manage it. I had no problem paying nearly $80 for the jewelry -- the quality is great. My issue is with the lack of professionalism and time management. This shop is run by one person, and it shows -- there's no sense of urgency, and clients' time doesn't seem to be respected. What really rubbed me the wrong way, though, was how my first review was handled. Instead of taking the feedback in stride, the owner posted it on his personal Facebook page and used it to fish for more positive reviews, all while making me out to be the villain. That kind of behavior is petty and unprofessional, especially from someone who should understand the value of transparency and accountability. I won't be back. The jewelry is nice, but I'd rather shop online than waste time and deal with this kind of attitude.
