We were pleasantly surprised by her thoughtful questions and loved her emphasis on learning how we wanted to feel on our wedding day and how we wanted our guests to feel. For her, our ceremony was such more than writing a script or signing a marriage license. She was one of our guides toward the moment where we committed to a future together. We got SEVERAL compliments about her, and although I've never been married before, I assume this is rare! I've never been to a wedding where I remembered much of what an officiant said, so there is definitely something special about Celene. We can't thank her enough, but more importantly cannot recommend her enough to any brides and/or grooms to be. If you are looking for a flawless ceremony that holds meaning, select Celene. She was very cold and seemingly trying to get through our virtual meetings as fast as possible. Our ceremony was fine- very short and simple which was what we wanted and she left right after. After our wedding day we were so happy to just finally be married after a COVID postponement and done with all the planning and then we got a letter in the mail from the county clerk saying that they NEVER RECEIVED OUR MARRIAGE LICENSE!!! I emailed her immediately asking her what happened - no response. I called my planner to see if she could reach out to her cuz I never got her phone number. She got Stacy on the phone and she said that she had responded to my email, had mailed the license in and it must have gotten lost in the mail but that she had scanned a copy, would pay for any fees for a replacement, and was going to confirm with the county clerk and get back to me. A week passed and nothing - I send her more emails with no response. I finally get her on the phone and she said she's waiting for them to get back to her and should know if a few days. Another week passes, I try calling her back and am sent straight to voicemail. I call the county clerk- they answer very quickly and tell me that they never got my license and that the deadline is in two days. They tell me the process for a lost license is actually pretty easy- I just need the witnesses and the officiant to sign off on the new one and pay the fee! I've been desperately trying to get in touch with Stacy and she's just blatantly ignoring me at this point. She's blocked my number and I'm pretty sure she's a pathological liar. No idea why she can't just help fix this MASSIVE problem she created, especially when its such an easy fix. We're extremely saddened by this situation and so angry that we paid her almost $500 for essentially, nothing. We're having to make an appointment to get get remarried at the courthouse.

She also provided invaluable guidance on ceremony logistics, marriage license requirements, and day-of planning details that helped us feel prepared and supported every step of the way. Heidi has an incredibly calm, steady, and reassuring presence. There is something truly dreamy about the way she speaks and carries herself. Her voice and demeanor immediately put everyone at ease. Quite honestly, she could probably read a phone book and make it sound beautiful. The ceremony she created for us was beyond anything we could have imagined. The result felt uniquely us--warm, authentic, emotional, and memorable. Without question, the ceremony was the part of the wedding that our guests talked about the most afterward. So many people commented on how personal, meaningful, and beautifully delivered it was, and how they truly enjoyed hearing snippets of our relationship that were narrated by Heidi. At the end of our ceremony, Heidi performed a "handfasting" (ribbon-tying) ceremony beautifully, incorporating it naturally into the flow of the ceremony and making it feel both significant and intimate.
