Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ. Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through. On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone!
