I found FFF online and they had great reviews and figured I try them out. Now I'm a foodie and when Ive tried food delivery places before but there food was always like eating plastic to me. Not FFF I look forward to their food. Its delicious and gourmet (the turkey Tamales are my favorite). I been using them for lunch and dinner. I've now been eating FFF food for 2 weeks Im down 8 lbs. Ive found, their lunch/dinners are usually around 350 to 525 calories (soup is around 200 calories). I couldn't be happier in the food quality and that I chose them. Price is reasonable as well. Wish I could give them 6 stars. -Darren

The Fire Cali crunch was super burnt. It was pretty impossible to eat honestly. All of the lettuce was wilted and the cheese was like a blob. It wasn't enjoyable in my opinion. My coke was not included in my order which was a bummer as well. Good idea, but poor execution for me. Don't think I'll order again.

The burrito itself was decent enough but I would say on par with Taco Bell's $3 offering. It was assembled poorly with the guac and sour cream all clumped down at one end which is really annoying and just kinda gross. I can deal with that from Taco Bell, but not from a $17 item.

I'll be the first to admit, I'm lazy; I hate meal prepping and I spend way too much time at my local Mc Donalds for last minute meals, so after thorough research for a decently priced meal plan, I finally found the one! While I am only on week 1 of my food plan, I've been nothing but impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. Im a Fan and as long as I have a 9-5pm job, Miami fit box can take my money.... I would just recommend one little thing.... I feel really bad throwing away my tuba wares and storing them would just flood my cabinets. Not wanting to contribute so much plastic to the environment, it would be cool if you could add a reward for returning them for reuse or proper recycling :)

Staying i tonight after an good workout and busy day, I found them on UberEats. They have a pretty good spread of healthy stuff including juices , and I ordered their 6 oz chicken breast with vegetables and sweet potato, plus a side of black beans. My chicken breast was pretty close to the advertised weight (they also sell a 9 oz piece), clean yet tasty. I added a little of their cilantroish spicy sauce for flavor and a hint of a kick. The black beans (3 tsp for tonight and leftovers for tomorrow) had a good texture, as did the boiled sweet potato. This is legit healthy as it doesn't have the matshmallow and calorie inducing fluff of the erstwhile healthy fast food place. I passed on the broccoli as a matar of personal preference - maybe let us pick the veggies - but the sliced carrots that came with the order were yummy as well. The food was delivered promptly within the promised time.
