The groomers generally lack the compassion and kindness one expects in a profession like theirs ( I say this as a physician ) . not sure if they are overworked but nevertheless, attending to animals requires a certain amount of inner compassion which I don't see in them . They also manipulate every reason to cancel my appointments often . either saying 10 mins late , groomer has another appointment coming up in 1 hr etc . Today I was on time but had to wait outside as another big dog was getting checked in . I waited 5 mins and peaked in and the other dog gor restless / agitated and my little cavachon got freaked out and after a peak , I stayed out to avoid chaos . one staff saw me enter .It was a solid 8mins before I re-entered . It's a part tranparent/ translucent glass door and several staff saw me waiting outside but when I finally went in after the big dog got checked in , they refused to check in my pet saying I was late ! so much for being considerate. Like that was not enough , the staff tried to validate her decision saying she knew when the big dog got agitated ( that was not even until I checked about 5 mins after waiting to see if the other dog was checked in ) . They pulled the last straw !! very frustrated and disappointed customer ..feeling let down despite being considerate.. if you can , take your pet elsewhere !

The infection did not get better. I went to another petco . I was hoping for a discount since their treatment didn't work. While I was given another kind of ear drops. She as better for a couple days but the infection returned. I appreciate their attempt but had to return to my vet for treatment. The total for both visits was over $400 dollars and problem was not solved nd had to pay another $300 at my vet.

I have never been happier with any groomer that I have taken care of my dogs. Over the years I've had several dogs as pets and I'm fully aware of how variable groomers can be. I have never been as satisfied with any groomer as I have been with Karlyotta at Oasis. The true test I think is my dog's reaction to her and it is clear that Winnie (my pup) likes Karlyotta. It is also clear from the way that Karlyotta treats her. When we bring our pets to any groomer, we want to feel that our pets will be safe with her and that the grooming will be taken care of professionally and with great care. Winnie always looks great when finished. Karlyotta is the type of person that cares about her business and is very accommodating to the clients. This week I had mistakenly missed an appointment for Winnie and Karlyotta was able to reschedule her grooming for the following week. I know of few groomers that are so accommodating. I would recommend Karlyotta and Oasis without any reservations whatsoever. Give Oasis a try if you are currently looking for a dog groomer or even if you are not looking. You won't be disappointed.

She then left and went in the back room with the door opened and talked about me so loudly I could hear her halfway through the store. She said how hard it was to now roll her eyes during our conversation and how no one my age should bother asking her about management. I am 23, and have been working in pet retail and management for 7 years, with supervisor and management experience for two years within that. The woman explained she was not management and I can see why. I was extremely offended by her rudeness and distasteful behavior. I have already written to corporate about her, and I certainly do hope this location gets new management soon, because it desperately needs it.
