Quaintly located where there is plenty of parking it spoke to the locals in a upscale way. The…read moredesigned was cheque and intimate. The service was personable and very helpful. I came with a friend and my mind and tastebuds were on steak... they didn't let us down. The apps we had we fantastic too. The bread and cheese player we ordered opened our eyes to delicious combinations of blueberry jam (which they make there) with a creamy cheese, that I wish I can remember the name of, then drizzled with honey they source locally! The bite was heaven. Then the dinner came. The beef tenderloin presented so beautifully and tasted so much better. The mushroom sauce was perfection with finely balanced flavors. Then I paired it with an Earthquake Cab, . Chef kiss!! Everything was absolutely memorable and enjoyable. One thing they could do to add to the ambiance is blocking the headlights of cars from shining into their restaurant. There are simple things that can be rolled out in front the restaurant to assist. But even with the lights shining they are the best thing I've had in a long time.

Finally made a point to go try out this very nice restaurant in Germantown. Very cute French style…read morefeel with white tables and chairs. Place is small but very quaint. Service was excellent. Our server was very nice, attentive and provided recommendations and answered questions about the menu. She was fantastic. We started off with the mushroom toast that was covered with bacon, a variety of mushrooms, cheese, and a soft boiled egg. The umami flavors were out of this world. I would order that again. My friends had the half order of the Bolognese and mentioned it was delicious. Another friend ordered the salad and it was very fresh and a good portion. I ordered the pan seared flounder with grits and julienned vegetables. My dish was tasty but very salty to me. I am very sensitive to salt so it could just be my tastebuds. The food presentation was fabulous. It is plus when the food looks so good you want to dive into it quickly. I facilitated back and forth about ordering an after dinner cup of coffee. I am so glad I did. The coffee was made in a french press and the flavor was borderline divine! Our server was so nice. She comped my coffee. I will return to try lunch or brunch. The food, service, and ambience are worth enjoying multiple times.

Overall, a very nice meal. We were sat at the booth near the kitchen, but that didn't diminish our…read moreenjoyment. We started with a glass of wine, then toasted ravioli, which were delicious. My wife had the chicken parm, and said it was very good. I had the chicken ravioli, and throughly enjoyed it. Nice date night spot and will return.

I've been trying to go here for the past several years. When they were in the antique shop they…read morewould always be closed the days we tried going. Now they've moved to the town square. But sadly they're only open for dinner and no longer lunch. The hostess was a bit standoffish when we arrived. Not really friendly at all. I will also note when we made the reservation a few days in advance, that during the call I got placed on hold probably half a dozen times. Super annoying. And on top of it all, our advance reservation only got us a seat in the bar area and not even the main dining room. My kid wanted the prime rib but it is only on Saturdays and possibly on holidays like New Years. They do have a kids menu. But you gotta ask for it. It comes with a drink. But the drink was just soda or tea. I was kinda hoping for some non-caffeinated options for my kid. But we decided on the Diet Coke which honestly tasted a bit like Dr. Pepper. The kids chicken Alfredo was ok. I liked the sauce which was thick and creamy. The chicken on top was kinda tough and overcooked however. My dad just got the toasted ravioli appetizer. It was kinda soft an undercooked. Not very toasted at all. I wished it was crunchier like some of the photos made it look. The meat in the middle also tasted weird. Kinda mushy with a not-so-pleasant taste. Not sure what meat it is. The chicken parmigiana was just meh. It was on a bed of thin spaghetti that was not even warm. I paid extra to get it with their "famous" meat sauce. But I didn't see any meat in there at all. I asked what kind of meat is in the meat sauce, and they oh chicken and stuff. My dad's toasted ravioli also came with their famous meat sauce and although it was chunkier than the meat sauce on my parmigiana, I'm not convinced any of those chunks was meat. The check came while my dad was still eating. Not very cool for a classier place like this. So the bill came out to $58. Tax and tip in Tennessee kicks it up another 30%. So $70-$80 for just an appetizer, a kids meal and an entree. That's with no drinks or dessert. Not gonna lie, kinda pricey for what we got. It's a nice environment. But honestly huge disappointment overall from both a food and service standpoint.
