I wanted it done that day and they were more than happy to meet my schedule and request. They started at 1:50pm and they were gone by 2:40pm. I had about 10 large or heavy items. They had tools and not only disassembled the items, but brought them downstairs and put them in their truck more efficiently than I've seen in my life. They were friendly, fast, professional, and got the job done. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and I have no complaints. It's hard to find companies that are all those things. Oh and when I called to schedule I didn't have to wait days or weeks. From the time I got their number to the time they were here hauling the things away was 24 hours. Not only will I refer them to everyone I know, but no one else will get my business. Thank you John and Bradley! Also a big thank you Tammy who scheduled them to come. I could have talked to her for hours. Truly the best customer service.

We stopped into Al West boat shop almost accidentally and it was one of the best things that could…read morehave happened on our boat search. We had been shopping for used boats and we stopped in to get a quote on some parts for a boat we were thinking about buying. Julie at the front desk was outstanding to work with and gave us some compelling reasons to not buy the boat we were considering. I call this the "no sale" integrity close because she gave up the sale on parts with her recommendation. Meanwhile, there was an ad at the front desk for a boat that belonged to somebody who had recently gotten it serviced there. Julie vouched for the condition of the boat and next thing you know we ended up buying a much better boat for a lot less. The boat needed a new water pump, but al's squeezed us in on short notice as we were in a hurry to get out of town. I'm now the proud owner of a 1982 Boston Whaler. Thanks to the good folks at Al West!

The sub-contractor they used for the sheet-rock did a poor job at first. But before I could even complain, they called me up and said that one of their guys had been out to look at the job and it didn't meet their quality specs. So the next day the sheet-rock guys came out again and did it right. I've been in construction and I know that sometimes subs just screw things up. But the fact that they were on it before I even complained was a real treat. I would use them again if needed.
