I requested a quote to have a bunk bed removed from my house. The next day two gentlemen and the truck showed up, they looked at the bunk bed and explained how pricing works. To disassemble and remove the bed and mattresses was going to be nearly $500. That was out of my price range and declined the service that day. I guess pricing is based off the space the items takes up in their truck, labor is (I think) the first hour free then $50 per 15minutes after that. Mattress removal is $40 per mattress. Despite declining service, I want to say that the entire process from requesting a quote, to the time the team showed up was very good. The guys were very friendly and respectful and very knowledgeable too. Overall, I had a positive experience with this company and recommend it to others who might need items removed from their house.
