COPYPASTED QUOTE FROM THE OWNER MR CURTIS:…read more "Why don't give me your number. Let's talk ya piece of sxxx?you put a fun review on my Google business listing. like you did. I would like to knock your txxxxx in lol. Can I welcome you to a party?" In response to the violently threatening and EXTREMELY inappropriate message I received from Mr. Curtis (See above for direct quote, and the bottom for the screenshot), sir you need to stop. I will not be intimidated into removing my honest review. I will report any further threats to the COSPD and the BBB. This is a wildly inappropriate reaction to a bad Google review. NOTE: Mr. Curtis had my honest review removed from Google, so I am reposting it to Yelp because I 100% feel that prospective customers NEED to know what kind of reaction they can expect if this business owner feels at all challenged. The top part is a response to the comment he made on my original review in Google. I have quoted the comments directly below. "Response from the owner 21 hours ago This lady completely is a troll or as they would say a "Karen" I could tell with her responses, she was trying to atagonize me somehow. Every once in a while I get a sour apple lol. It's part of being in business for yourself. And yes this is Curtis- the owner, operator, secretary, driver, and laborer. 5 days ago I broke my foot, and the last thing I am thinking about- while being bedridden- is my phones or anything else lol! My phone actually has been turned off every day until I wake up. I didn't even read her review, because I can care less. Some people are just miserable and misery loves company.you read it and check the facts folks lol. Dumpahaulics 101**** anybody wants to see the messages please ask lol.-" ORIGINAL RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE COMMENT : I understand health issues, and that's something that is a reasonable reason for not staying on top of the office end of things. But speaking in a formal manner and calling out unprofessionalism does not automatically make a woman a "Karen". The overly personal and deliberately insulting response to my honest review about my experience says everything there is to say about the professional outlook of the owner. If this is how he reacts to one person speaking honestly about a poor customer service experience, what will he do if one of his crews damages your property? ORIGINAL GOOGLE REVIEW : Owner is very unprofessional and rude. When it took more than a full day to be answered in regards to my online quote request I was confused, and then after the full business day I was only told to call or text (no good number to text or anything). I was understandably confused, as the Google page specifically advertises online quotes as a service that is offered. When I reached out for clarification on services and sent the screenshots of the Google page to make sure the business had not accidentally turned the online quoting option On, the owner responded by being very unprofessional. I understand when you have health problems, but there is no excuse to be sarcastic and rude to a prospective customer who is only trying to get a quote. How is it your business why I can't call? That's the entire point of offering online quotes! How is it appropriate to sarcastically demand me to somehow know your personal issues? I contacted a business for a service, and instead received poor customer service and personal attacks. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you have employees to perform the physical services you offer, why is there no office staff to stay on top of your digital services? Why can you not simply say "I'm sorry, due to health issues on the part of the owner, we're not currently offering online quotes. Please call or text xxx-xxx-xxxx" instead of making it the customer's responsibility to know why you aren't offering the services you advertise

Nowadays what we do know is that everyone has a cell phone in their pocket, especially businesses. It turns out that these people were full-on pushing furniture down the stairs in my building. 9 AM on a Saturday. I thought it was a resident initially so I came out to ask them how they thought that could possibly be okay, and found out it was a MOVING SERVICE. I'd highly recommend Haul All if you thoroughly hate everyone in your building and don't care about your furniture being pushed down the stairs. They then proceeded to park their rusting truck directly next to only the parking lot exit, obstructing the view of oncoming traffic on a busy road. Just absurd all around. No sense of courtesy or consideration for others. Edit: here's my response to the owner's reply: 9 AM is too early to throw furniture down the stairs. It's not normal to push furniture on a dolly down the stairs. If you read the review, you'd have seen the part where I said I spoke to them. It's illegal to park within 5 feet of any public or private driveway so they were parked illegally. There isn't anything insulting in here, just facts. Make an effort to run a respectable, courteous business and you won't get reviews like this. Nobody who is throwing furniture down stairs upsetting 30+ people is going to benefit from some "advice" and it's not my job to advise your employees on common sense. Wild response from you.
