She was very pleasant and the pricing was reasonable. We just bought a house and just needed some help to finish cleaning it. When I tell y'all Melanie came and got that kitchen together. The floor looks way better than when we purchased. I can't not give a full review because everything did not get done. Combine our working hours with two big dogs and a toddler, and you have a house that I am sometimes embarrassed of. We also have a smaller house and way too much stuff (NO friends, we are not hoarders, but we maaaaaaybe have some clutter. Okay a lot of clutter.) so I was reluctant to even use a cleaning service because I didn't know what they would really be able to do for us. WORTH. IT. It turns out, they're actually able to do a lot. There is also something so stress-relieving about walking into a super clean house. My 3 year old ran into his room tonight and exclaimed, "My room is so beautiful! Our cleaning person did a great job!" Their quoting process was easy and accurate. I love knowing that the cleaning products they use are not a health hazard to my child or my dogs. Everyone I've spoken with has been very pleasant and very professional, and I love that they will both send me an email and a text to remind me about my upcoming cleanings. Denise does a stupendous job of cleaning my house and making me feel like I could actually have people over. :-) Whatever your hesitancy might be, I encourage you to reach out to Maid to Shine and see what they can do for you.

I have had house cleaners steal valuable items from me, from jewelry to very expensive pieces of artwork, the most expensive were two Remington statues appraised at $65,000 EACH! Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.
