In the entire time that I've been volunteering, the owner has been devoted to making the lives of stray and feral cats better. When she started this business, I was ecstatic! rather than take them to a boarding kennel, I have her come over daily to take care of my cats while I'm out of town. She has been professional, reliable, and caring, even showing up during the worst snow storms. She feeds them, scoops their litter, and plays with them. She sends pictures and videos of my guys so that I don't miss them as much and I know that they are doing well. I can't recommend Jet Set highly enough!

Beyond her skills, Cathy is incredibly patient and kind, even with pets that might be a little nervous or fidgety. The grooming area is spotless and welcoming, and Cathy uses high-quality products that are gentle on sensitive skin. It's clear she goes above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable environment for pets and their owners. I can't recommend Cathy the Groomer enough. If you want a groomer who treats your pet like family and delivers exceptional results every time, Cathy is the one to go to. Five stars aren't enough to express how amazing she is! Thank you!!

I had to be at work at three and it was going on 130 and I had yet to hear from her so I just made my way back to her place and when I got there, my dog was just now getting a bath. Her assistant was washing my dog. She wasn't in the room but when she did get back in; she was very rude about me just coming to pick up my dog without her calling and informing me that she was ready. Even after telling her I had to be at work she made it seem as though I should've told her that ahead of time which completely makes no sense because she literally rushed me to get there so why am I waiting two hours? Nor do I have to discuss my plans for the day with her. Ignorant and rude and I usually go to her. She proceeded to leave the room and go smoke a cigarette .I took my dog while she was soaked. Trash attitude. I'll never spend another dollar with her. And her work is very good just sucks how she acts

She genuinely loves what she does and loves each and every one of the pets she cares for. I have and will continue to recommend her services to anyone in the Frisco/Little Elm area. She's the best!

I cannot recommend more. What is great about Jessie is that she'll come to your house, or board your dog at her house, which has plenty of room, in and out. She's got a big fenced backyard for fetch, a quiet neighborhood, and a super-convenient location, in Cleveland, right near the airport. She doesn't take a lot of animals at once, so your pet will get a ton of personal attention. Carter June Dog doesn't get along with other dogs as much as I'd like (a semi-problem dog), and has separation anxiety, and it wasn't remotely an issue. Velcro-Dog ended up watching TV on the couch most of the time! In essence, you can't go wrong, at all, with this service. Honestly I was happy not to do the spring cleanup myself but I'm only rating them three stars because of their customer service. The guy came to clean up my yard and couldn't figure out how to open my gate so he left. I was home the whole time and the lady who answered the phone for the company said he knocked on my door. I disagree but the bottom line is he left! The lady was unapologetic and had a very bad attitude. Bottom line, they did a great job cleaning up the yard. That's all I wanted them for so I guess I shouldn't be really worried about customer service in a company like this. They came in they said they wanted they clean up the yard fast and they left. What more could I ask for?
