That changed immediately after meeting her. She is very knowledgeable, listens well, and tells you the truth. I got along great with her. It helps to have someone laugh with you and she does. She is never too busy to take a call if you have a worry. I highly recommend her to anyone. But hope she doesn't get too busy

I've never been surprised by a costly prescription from her. I don't get the impression she's in this for the money, but instead, sees patients because she cares about people and their health. I made my husband see her when he had a nasty bout of bronchitis this year. My hubby's one of those guys who never does what doctors tell him and has to be nearly dying before he'll even go see one. I don't know how she did it, but he actually listened to her! He actually finished his meds! Amazing! I hesitate to mention this, but she's also extremely attractive. Her picture on CPPA website doesn't do her justice. I'm only adding this because because my jaw nearly dropped when she walked in. Don't let that scare you, though, because she isn't one of those cold or fluffy beautiful people--she's extremely kind and really knows her stuff. If you're looking for a GP, I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a treasure!

She has finally gotten my diagnosis and medication where it needs to be for me to thrive. She's worked with me for years as we both communicate openly and she always asks the right questions. Her patience, ability to explain the processes and reasoning behind behaviors, medications and any further treatment has been above par. I feel safe, seen, heard and taken care of under. She is an enormous amount of knowledge to tap into as she has helped me understand facets of being a mom as well as an ADHD and PTSD patient. I strongly recommend!

I decided to get in touch with an actual mental health provider and I'm so thankful that I did. I called Jennifer's office and had an appointment just a few days later. Her prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, much less than other Psychiatrists I called. She does office, Skype and Facetime appointments so I didn't even have to leave my house! Those of us with anxiety know how difficult that can be sometimes. Jennifer and I talked for over an hour and I never felt rushed. She was very compassionate and understanding and for once I didn't feel like I was being 'dramatic', I could be honest with her and she didn't minimize my feelings. I felt so relieved after our appointment. I am on a new medication and finally after years of dealing with this alone I have a practitioner who knows her stuff and cares enough to help me. I can't believe it took me so long to call. So, if your dealing with any kind of mental health issues and we ALL have something, don't wait and don't just call your regular MD. They aren't trained to treat these types of issues. Get in tough with Jennifer, you'll be so glad you did.

Heather, Dr Shaw, and our nurse (can't believe I can't remember her name) made sure my daughter understood what was happening and what to do. She was able to sleep after that visit. I've been to other urology practices in other cities and this one is by far the best I've experienced.

TO DR. SHAW, TO YOUR INVESTORS, OTHER OWNERS, AND TO YOUR POTENTIAL PATIENTS…read more You all are using bad business practices. I UNDERSTAND THE SURGERIES GO WRONG. BUT IT WAS MORE THAN THAT. Training moment for you all, please read. Hopefully other people can avoid this scenario. Do not use this urologist, go anywhere but here. Nothing but problems. 1. Dr. Shaw gave me a vasectomy and several days later I had a giant lump on the right side. Went back several times over the next few months to see him and only saw his associates who gave me round of antibiotics, three rounds in a row before addressing any of the problems. I would request to see him on the phone they would say yes it's with him and it would just be another person who's never seen me before. The last visit I had was with a woman who actually shot me straight and said this is not normal and did not want to give me a fourth round of antibiotics. 2. After these multiple visits request requesting him but getting a nurse or associate I Literally had to stand in the office and demand to see him, they pulled me aside because I was being a squeaky wheel demanding to see the surgeon who bought my operation. Hence, I finally got to see Dr. Shaw directly after months and months of pain and suffering . 3. He told me that he no longer uses the technique that he used on me for this very reason, he could fix it, but it's a surgery and he has to put me under and my insurance would not cover it. He also agreed he would not bill me for that appointment. He looked in my eyes, shook my hand and told me he would not bill me. 4. Months and months later I get a bill for that visit from Dr. Shaw's office. Today I called and when I questioned it, they said they would take the co-pay off and I asked if I should call my insurance agency so they can take the entire visit off as discussed. The associate at Dr. Shaw's office hung up on me. They are trying to cover their tracks on a false bill in over billing situation She then handed me over to the practice manager. Large lump is still here and I've seen another urologist to see about taking care of it. I do not recommend using Dr. Shaw because of his inability to see a patient directly after a surgery when something went wrong. I had to stand my ground and demand to see him before he would. Then he made false promises and build me in my insurance anyway. If I personally would rate him as a surgeon, I would say one star because he botched mine, but I'm sure some things go wrong. The true one star situation here is a lack of ability to address the problem, when he did address the problem he made false promises, The manager said she would call me back in three days. I'll have another post on this in three days to see if this was taken care of. I'm also contacting my insurance agency to report an over billing statement. Dr. Shaw, hello from Travis hope you see this and I'm sure you remember me. Again, the one star is not because you botched my surgery. It's because of lack of the ability to own up to it, are you going through three rounds of antibiotics for something? That's not an infection, me having to stand in front of your office and demand to see you before I could see you again, and then making false promises to me afterwards. You looked me directly into my eyes and shook my hand and made me false promises. This is on you, Dr. Shaw. I'm sure you're a good surgeon and this is not the standards of your operation. I hope this is a training moment to make your process better.

He wanted to start on an antiviral so that he wouldn't end up having a severe outcome or end up in the hospital. They didn't bother to call back, they just said the normal Nurse Practitioner only works Monday and Tuesday, and nobody else was available. They said they wouldn't be able to see him for 3 days. When I called to find out the reason for lack of response, the director said that they couldn't call in an antiviral for Covid, because it doesn't exist. If they were up-to-date on treatments for Covid, they would know that Paxlovid, an antiviral for Covid, received an emergency use authorization a couple of months ago. In studies, it prevented serious illness/hospitalization up to 80% of the time. We ended up having to go to the ER just so he could receive the antiviral medication that this clinic claims doesn't exist. He'll be changing doctors soon. This group makes their money by visiting patients when they aren't really sick (in independent living apartments), but are nowhere to be found when a patient actually requires care.

She performed a c-section on me on 9/12/2009 at St. David's Women's Center of Texas. During that procedure, she left a piece of placenta inside of me the size of a golf ball. For the next three months, I bled heavily and cramped so hard I could not walk. I called her office weekly to report what was happening. She would only see me sporadically, and would only say "every woman heals at her own pace" and "this often happens with first time moms. It's normal" in the most condescending of tones. During this time, she never physically examined me and refused to perform an ultrasound, even when the machine was in the room. In early December 2009, my period hadn't "normalized," so she gave me medication to bring on a period. This made the bleeding and cramping even worse. Finally, hemorrhaging, the placenta detached and came out of me while I was at home alone with my infant. I called Campaigne's office and was told to bring in the sample, which I did. When she saw it, she said (again condescendingly) it was probably a clot and denied it could be a piece of placenta because "I cleaned you out with my own two hands." She sent me home. Only when the pathology report came back over a week later did I receive an urgent call from Campaigne herself telling me that the sample was indeed "retained products of conception" - a large piece of placenta. By then, my bleeding had stopped. I was weak. I was unable to successfully produce breastmilk because my body thought I was still pregnant b/c of the placenta... for three months after delivery. I had what I thought was severe postpartum anxiety with panic disorder. It was PTSD. My health has never been the same. The physical insult was so severe, it set off a string of infections and autoimmune/neuroimmune responses. Do not be taken in by her seemingly lovely bedside manner. NEVER allow Andrea Campaign to perform surgery on you. I am not the only one.
