I may not be here if it wasn't for the the efficiency in care. In the early 2000's I was diagnosed with prostate cancer early because of their medical testing. I followed advise, direction and support from Family Medical Center staff through it all. Their continuous efforts in care I'm still here, retired very active working around the house. I can say even at 71, I still dig a post holes, dig ditches, replace siding and paint the house by myself. Dr. Foster keeps this old guy a running classic with the quality of life very positive. The appointment line see the form In question in the Dr. box but the request is still pending for signature. In addition, after my annual checkup on 3/28/22, my text results have yet to be posted on my portal or delivered by mail. I have also asked for assistance with this yo no avail. Dr. Hernandez saved my life…read more I came in with concerns about a lump on my neck. Dr. Hernandez treated me with respect and sincerity. She ordered me an ultrasound right away to get it checked out. This ultrasound led to a needle biopsy, then a surgical biopsy in which I was diagnosed with cancer. Some doctors would have told me to come back in a month or dismissed it all together. Because she treated this seemingly small issue with urgency I was able to catch the cancer early, and I am now happily in remission from cancer. Go to Dr. Hernandez if you want to be treated seriously and with respect. She is the best. I owe her my life!
