I am a tax idiot so I appreciate that Annette is so patient with me and all my questions and repeat questions. Lol. The one thing I love about Annette and her business, is the fact that after she's finished and files your return for the year. She is still with you all year long. Meaning, you can contact her any time and ask a Tax Question. Like recently, possible news of my wife might finally be getting her long awaited insurance settlement in next couple months. So, I contacted Annette and had a couple questions about the adding income and how much to save/pay Taxes. I will continue to use Annette's Tax services in the future. Thank You, Satisfied Customer

Then come back with a pre-defined PowerPoint with a minimum price of $2,500. Next, they will never tell you when your tax returns are completed or give you an estimate. I asked them over 10 emails if they could give me the month and they have yet to say they could. So they actually wait until the very last day to file. This happened to me. I also believe I went through 4 different CPAs from my original chat in March to Now September 2023. Don't believe the hype. Find a local CPA who actually cares. This is a horrible service and company.

She is very quick to respond to my questions and concerns, always on the same day, most of the time within the hour. Her answers are very detailed and precise to the questions asked. With all the services she provides, her price is very fair and reasonable. Learning about taxes as a new small-business owner is not a fun thing to do, and finding a great CPA is especially important. David helped me untangle a mess of taxes from previous years for me and was thorough in the work and clear in the explanation so I had full understanding of things. It had the potential to be really bad (my fault, I basically failed to pay some taxes years back) and David laid out my options and timeline and guided me through it.
