I submitted my taxes in September and had them done three weeks later in October. So I told my new wife they were awesome and saved me a lot of money and were even willing to have our back in the event of an audit. So we switched from her accountant to Mark. I felt like the man! Then came the embarrassing and emasculating events of last summer. We bought a house in April, so we filed for extension. We gave our tax info to Mark in May with the expectation that we would have them done in July. No problem, he said, We'll have them done in June! We didn't hear back from him after multiple phone calls and emails until late July. Finally we received our taxes back but and I'm hoping they are correct. Maybe something happened with their health or a family emergency but, they never told us. All we got was radio silence. Given the state of disarray at their office I was really concerned that they lost our taxes entirely. If something is going on with them I sincerely wish them the best, but don't risk people's financial lives if you can't be healthy enough to manage it. Or at least communicate the fact that something is up. I'm really happy with our new CPA. Best of luck to you Mark.

After giving them my business, waiting two weeks, I was told that they could not. Also, afterwards I was told you could no longer get returns from taxes more than three years old. Every tax firm in the city of Billings told me this except for the ones doing my taxes. I had to call them and tell them. Alla very well knew this rule but did not tell me and allowed me to believe I was getting it all back. When confronted he is just like a con man talking circles trying to avoid and blame. I also requested that advanced child tax credit payments from 2021 be requested as mine were stolen. He requested a stimulus payment in the amount of $2700 , not three $400 child tax credit check payments. I would get a return of $4000. After everything I ended up paying $600 to file the returns with a promise of getting 4000 back. Obviously, since the wrong thing was marked, the IRS changed the return and I got back $83. I did not get my missing child tax credit checks and Alla tried to talk his way out of it. Even went as far as to tell me I told him to . He dod nothing wrong! Why the hell would I tell anyone to do my taxes wrong? I know the difference between a stimulus payment and an advanced child tax credit payment And my tax related should too. Why would I tell them to mark the wrong thing so that I end up with nothing. I do not appreciate his dishonest worm like behavior and could've done without this whole experience. I would not recommend using this process server. My experience was extremely stressful and…read moreunprofessional during an already difficult time involving a harassment case. There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.
