At 11AM, Keith sent me a text stating his other "gig" was almost complete and he would be in route. About 8 hours went by & Keith needed to reschedule for Friday. I was understanding to this and did agree to reschedule for Friday. Friday January 3rd, Keith was supposed to arrive at 9:30. He did not arrive at 9:30. He explained that the snow had delayed his day. Once again I was understanding to this. Keith arrived with another team member to my home at almost noon. The service was to install a ceiling light fixture in a bedroom. Electrical wiring needed to be ran because there was no previous light. Keith was here for 6.5 hours to complete this job. During the entire process I believe Keith came to me about twice with an update on what was happening with the install. Not to mention Keith called a 3rd team member to the job. On Friday the job wasn't complete. Keith stated he would return Saturday to finish the job. At 9:40AM January 4th Keith sent me a text letting me know his team was outside of my home. Keith then arrived to my home at about noon. Keith was here for 3 more hours to complete the service. Mind you he stated the night before everything was all good to go and he just needed to install the light on Saturday. There was some drywall work needed done to the areas that were cut during the install. Once I inspected the completed job I told Keith I wasn't happy with the service of what the finished product looked like. He then stated he needed to sand it down more but he didn't have the necessary tools to do so. Also he asked me if I had a fan to help dry the wall. First off why are you at a job without material you need to complete a job. Why were you comfortable leaving a job with unsatisfactory work. I'm no contractor but it wasn't rocket science to look at the wall & tell it wasn't done right. Y'all won't believe me when I say on Saturday & Sunday the light was coming on by itself & the switch in the 2nd bathroom was operating the light in the bedroom. Again I don't need to be an electrician to know that something was wrong and not right. Keith text me Monday January 6th asking me how the light was working and telling me he would be available Wed-Sun to come and again make the job right. At this point in the service I am so fed up because why has this one service taken this long and why aren't you more eager to fix an incorrect job? It def should be priority at this point. If this was a job that really wasn't in your expertise area you absolutely should have turned the job down. Keith was supposed to come Wednesday January 8th at 9AM. He stated if the weather permitted. Keith never showed or responded to my text so here we are! To top it off let me add in Keith's unprofessionalism in his attempt to want to have other conversation that had nothing to do with the service. Him telling me how fond he was of me and how great my smile was & saying he was going to bring my daughter a toy. Out of line! Stick to business. I would 0/10 recommend this business. One last thing, Keith left his advertisement sign in my yard without my permission. Why would you think I would want to advertise your business with the unsatisfactory work you completed? Despite commercial contracts you get you came to a service in a home that you did a POOR job! I am more than certain if I had a male presence during all of this, this wouldn't have went down this way. I had a male family member reach out to Keith because at this point I was feel like he was playing in my face & I needed a male to speak with him. Welp that didn't work out because still no Keith & my wall looks terrible! END OF STORY: Keith never made it back to correct his mess.

Got in contact with this guy from Facebook to do a job and we agreed on one price. He came here and…read morethe price went up to x2. He charged $1140 to put 3Gfci and to put minor baseboards in two bathrooms and 5 smoke detectors and half a job done on a washer and dryer. I left Keith to go do some running around for three hours, I came back and he barely did any work and wasn't done and I was panicking and asking where he was. Job wasn't done totally correctly also and will have to find someone else to compete it because I didn't trust him to continue the work at all. He boast a lot that he is a contractor but he definitely is merely a handyman and not close to a contractor at all. I will not recommend hiring him as all as he is way overpriced on a lot and dosent really know how to do the job either!
