Straight up lied! Told them I was moving a 4000 sqft house and that ABF would be bringing 2 - 28 foot trailers to park on the lot and give us three days to unload and then pick up - is that ok? He said "yeah". ABF showed up and the same mgr/asst mgr that I spent two hours in-person reserving 4, 10x20, units would not let the ABF trailers in and told me he never said we could pull the trailers in. We were parking them by the fence where they blocked nothing. He was nasty to me and the truck driver. Cost me another 5k to park the trailers at the dollar general, unload them into a uhaul, and make multiple trips to storage unit. No other availablilly in any storage facility for 30 miles. I should have known there's a reason he still had 4 units. STAY FAR AWAY. read more

We rented a unit to store some of our things before a move, and Bully's Lockers made it about as painless and hassle-free as can be -- it was great. There's no deposit, and your lease starts whenever you want it to, so you don't have to worry about starting on the 1st of the month. (They can also prorate it, so if you need a unit for a particular amount of time, it's easy to do.) The smallest unit they have is 5 x 10 feet for $40 a month, so for the amount of space you get it's pretty reasonable. read more

Your Extra Closet is a wonderful storage unit service! They help with sponsorships for the Greater Starkville Development Partnership and help store all of our event materials. The staff goes out of their way to make sure to help us, and we really appreciate it. We also have a separate unit for other entities within our office and have never had any problems! read more

Chad, the manager, at one of the Starkville locations was very rude to me. I saw where a unit was available online as well as after being told by the online chat system. Upon calling, Chad told me that all units were taken. After much conversation, he said he thought I was inquiring about a unit in Oxford and that I must understand that the "chat" system is based out of Arkansas so they don't know what's available. I would suggest not only working on customer service but also treating people with respect especially if customer oriented business! While I was on the phone with him I connected with the chat session again where Anabel was VERY helpful. I'm looking forward to hearing from the district manager to discuss this matter further in detail with the intent of future clients not being treated this way. Chad, later apologized and his tone became much more pleasant towards the end of the conversation. UPDATE: I spoke with the regional manager about the incident. It was great to hear that customer service is valued as well as goals for clients and staff. I appreciate his efforts. read more
