This was my first time renting a storage unit, but I cannot imagine better customer service and a better facility to use. I have many positive things to say about DawgHouse Storage. First, it's a gated storage unit, but you do not pay a premium price to have the benefit of the gated units. A lot of other storage units that I looked at and spoke with definitely raised their prices just because of the gated units. Second, the owner/customer correspondent was always available to speak with. I started searching for storage centers online and called around town and everyone kept telling me that they were full. I called dawghouse Storage and they guy on the other end assured me that they had plenty of storages available and a few of the sizes I needed. He offered to help in every way and he did just that. Dawg House is the best and they even won BEST STORAGE FACILITY in Sville. Easiest place I've ever rented from (online) and their units are new and clean. They even let me stay a few extra days with no charge and have NO DEPOSIT and don't charge late fees unless you're very late. read more
