I placed the order that night at 9pm, for it to be picked up next day on the 16th. I show up on the 16th to pick up my order. First they told me they don't have any online order for me, then they claimed that they found my order and they can't honor the price that was placed online and even with email and text confirmation. He wanted to charge me 60 for 1. No thanks I walked out. And this is after they sold me inferior and mislead product that what's posted on the wall behind counter. The poster shows a Cusco AIO with temp control function, said poster is still up on their wall as of 02/16. They gave me a cheap high supply AIO and told me that it's the same thing, uh, really? If this is the way they are doing business, then all the power to them and more power to customers who accept this kind of business practice. But I won't. I will be looking forward to filling complaints to any and all regulator/licensing agencies in the state for Massachusetts.

I went back into the dispensary to let them know about the missing product. I was told that I needed to contact Jeter customer service, so I did. The Jeter representative was on the phone with me for the entire interaction and witnessed everything that happened. They were trying to speak with the manager to get information and figure out how to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and hostile toward both the Jeter representative and me. She was yelling at the Jeter representative and then began yelling at me as well, right in front of the service window where other people could hear the entire interaction. What also stood out to me was the reaction of the employee standing next to her. He looked visibly uncomfortable and seemed to understand that the way she was speaking to both me and the Jeter representative was not right. When I told her that I felt she was being mean, she told me that she was going to ban me from the dispensary. I was extremely uncomfortable and honestly shocked that a simple issue involving a missing product escalated to that level. The Jeter customer service representative was professional throughout the situation and was simply trying to get the information needed to resolve the issue. They were a witness to the entire interaction and told me they would be looking further into the situation. My problem isn't that there was a product mistake -- mistakes happen. My problem is how management chose to handle it. Customers should be able to bring a legitimate concern to management without being yelled at, embarrassed in front of other customers, or threatened with being banned. I hope management takes a serious look at how this interaction was handled, because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Let me add though the lady who cashed me out was very nice and pleasant and went out of her way to get my product. It's sad you can have a nice team with such horrible and unprofessional management.
