She has an incredible amount of knowledge, and I always enjoy picking her brain. Today, I stopped in for creatine and ended up leaving with sea moss, EAAs, Vitamin D3/K2, and Omega-3s. I already knew I wanted to add those supplements to my routine, but I wasn't sure which ones were right for me.As always, Alissa took the time to listen to my goals, explain the benefits of each supplement, and help me make informed decisions. What I appreciate most is that she never tries to push products. Instead, she listens, offers thoughtful advice, and educates you on the "why" behind her recommendations.
