The Vitamin Shoppe in Matthews has been there for a while, but I never had an excuse to visit until…read morerecently. The store is kept very clean and the staff was very nice and available to help you find what you need. One downside is that this location shares a common parking lot with the Panera Bread next door so the parking situation can get a bit frustrating at times. Luckily there are 3-4 reserved "Vitamin Shoppe Parking Only" spaces, but that doesn't stop people from idling in them while their family members go place and order at Panera. This is a big place (for a Vitamin store), I didn't know they made vitamins out of some of the stuff they offer! But then again, I can't really see myself taking 20 vitamins at one point in the day... I guess it will happen sometime when my hair starts turning gray.

I don't know if this woman was really a manager or not, but she was certainly not the epitome of health and was rude when asked about certain products. I've had chronic back & shoulder pain for the past 10 years even with going to a chiropractor, physical therapy & getting massages. Nothing has helped ease the pain & spasms except massages & CBD products Delta-8 to be exact. The staff is very knowledgeable so please ask questions & listen. I cannot stress the listening part! I initially tried their gummies & 2-pack pre-rolls -- my favs are now just the pre-rolls especially the LUNAROCKETS. Although the quantity for the gummies is more, they can be a bit potent depending on your tolerance. Either way I say give it all a try & see what works best for you. I use to frequent the Sharon Rd location with a 30 min drive if not more every time. But just recently I came across their location off Prosperity Church Rd which is literally 10 mins away - I'm saving so much gas now lol! The only thing I wish is that they stayed open later than 7pm. For people who get off past 5pm, you can be in a rush to make it or have to wait until the weekend.
