No, I didn't want to buy the product because of how I was treated and the fact that there's a much better vitamin and supplement store with incredibly low prices and actual knowledge staff. I don't know if this woman was really a manager or not, but she was certainly not the epitome of health and was rude when asked about certain products. She needs to rethink working with the public and the owner needs to rethink having her as an employee. I absolutely do NOT recommend this store at all. There are much better establishments in the area with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

You walk past two meditation rooms that are beautiful decorated and look so relaxing. There's several different teas along the walls. And then you come to a bar, an actual tea bar. I had the awesome pleasure of being helped by Hailey. She was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable!!! She explained a lot of the various teas to me and what they do or help with. She even encouraged me to mix my own teas, which was something I felt I couldn't do since I didn't know much. But she made it sound so easy and I sincerely appreciate her! I stayed there for a while just chatting with her and sampling tea. This was truly an above and beyond experience!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. I ended up purchasing some tea and incense. And absolutely love the tea. It had me super chill and in a great mood. But also just being in this tea shop put me in a great mood! Definitely stop by here for all of your tea needs!!!

The customer was upset that the store didn't carry what she wanted. The staff apologized and explained this is more of a wellness space than a dispensary. The customer then began to share personal info and said "I have never smoked". The staff replied then why would you start now. I myself have been asked this question by them and I was glad. I didn't realize there were other options for delivery of plant medicine. Instead of seeing the question as it was intented to be, caring, this customer began to get very defensive and just rude to the GMSG staff. I just felt horrible for the staff. I've been coming here for years and have never felt in any way disrespected or unsupported. I wish I knew who this woman was so I could say shame on you for being so nasty to someone trying to help you!
