It's quite spacious and appears to have a sizable inventory of various brands, so they seem to carry a wide selection. We received assistance from an extremely knowledgeable staff member, Vanessa, who guided us on what we should be asking for. She explained in detail when to take certain supplements and how to use them effectively. Without a doubt, Nutrition World has knowledgeable staff. The store maintains high standards for its products, including testing for contaminants. They also have a team of professionals, such as a clinical pharmacist, a physician assistant, and a registered dietitian, who are available to provide health guidance and consultations. The first visit was where noticed a problem, there was one person in front of us and it took 14 minutes to get through the checkout because the one cashier struggled to figure out the POS. Today, we were called into three different lines only to be shuffled back to the original line after two different cashiers struggled to get the system working. I want to believe there's a problem with the system however, the process in place to train cashiers seems to have some real issues with effectiveness. We'll be taking a break for a while to see if they can't get this issue resolved as it's very frustrating.
