First let me say, I like to support local businesses. I myself work at a local business. So they're business hours kinda suck. Mon - Fri: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm Sat: 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm. I feel like a lot people are at work and not able to get there during their business hours. I think they could have much more traffic if they stayed open till 7 or 8 during the week. They same for Friday and Saturday possibly later. Come on Lucky Ruckus, step up your game, your hours seem like you're lazy. I would love to be able to spend more money with you if you had better hours. The other vape shops that stay open later get my dollars because of this. Location is inconvenient for most of Amarillo but oh well that's an easy one to look past. Last, They are a little pricey on some of their mods. They offer clones that you can order online and also find in brick and mortar stores in other cities for $20 to $30 cheaper. I feel like their mark up is well over keystone on some of the mods they carry. I don't mind paying more than what I can get it for online at a local store just to support local business but it should be fair. The prices on most other things are competitive. This is a really nice vape shop and most of the staff is helpful and nice. I will definitely shop there when I can. I recommend this place.

So Lucky Ruckus is god sent me and my buddy are in here at least once a week and he's in there at least 3 times a week him self cause he's a juice guzzler lol Juice prices are not bad for, a Brick and mortar,...$7.50 for a 10 ml bottle they mix their own juice they don't retail someone else's juice SO THAT'S A GREAT THING you know you getting a Juice made here in the USA not some china crap that will get you sick so in house mixing is great!! They have a good number of juices on the menu, and more coming every day - The place is nice a laid back feel nice and calm small place very comfy to be in it's very inviting, by no means is one of those hyper vape lounges you see on the west cost with crazy lights and a night club like feel lol this is a mom and pop type place the the people that own the place are nice and try to help you anyway they can, The mods are decently priced IMO for a B&M I can't really comment I kinda know the mark-up deal on MODS So I tend to like to buy my MOD's online but as for the carto's tanks attys and such... Prices ain't to bad cause the stuff you need now YOU NEED Now I can wait for a MOD but if I need a coil head or cart'o I need it now so ill pay mark up for that lol - all in all they have decent prices My review for Lucky's "that's what me and my Buddy nick named it" lol Is a top " Top Notch 2 Thumbs Up"
