He bends over backwards for his customers and wants us to be happy! He creates a great vibe - shows off his fresh ingredients before he goes to chopping and cooking it up to order! The lady running it couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I ordered the mac and cheeseburger which she said was one of the most popular. It came out cooked perfectly! The macaroni and cheese was very good. It's a half pound hamburger! For about $9. There was no way I could eat the whole thing in one sitting especially since I got onion rings as my side and you can see from the photo what a huge amount those were for only a dollar extra. They were delicious also. I ate about half of each and saved the other half for lunch the next day. If you happen to see this place and you're hungry, I highly recommend it. Sorry my pictures aren't better. I was sitting in half shade and half Sun and was too hungry to spend too much time trying to get great pictures. And I snagged the picture of the logo off the internet because by the time I thought to take a picture of the truck, it was gone.

You know that Mexican chocolate that comes in discs? They had it in a powdered form. Not the Abuelito instant hot chocolate or liquid but the real Mexican chocolate discs that were ground into a powder that you could use more easily. They also had an instant coffee that included creamer and sugar. It reminded me of the Vietnamese instant coffees I find in the Asian markets. I bought both of them and a couple varieties of sweet empanadas, a cajeta candy, some Mexican Crema and a package of fresh-made flour tortillas. I wish I'd thought to look for some corn tortillas also. I've had a couple of the tortillas already and they are very good. The one thing I was looking for though, some real Cajeta, a caramel sauce, was the one thing they didn't have. I have bought it at a Mexican market in Chandler Arizona but have never seen it any place else. I just had a craving for it because it is so delicious. The employee's I encountered were very nice. I thought their prices were reasonable also.
