In addition, there is a basketball court where you can rent a ball (for free with your membership) and play. There is a water park that is open during the summer that is great for the kids. Also, there is a whirl pool, sauna, and steam room, as well as a private class room. They have classes, but the schedule is very sporadic, and sometimes they won't have any for a while. They also have an area for kids to wait and play. There are a lot of restrooms, lockers, and showers. Overall, it's a large place that's fairly clean. The reason it isn't 5 stars is because of the service. There's often just one or two people working, and sometimes they wander off and you can't check in until they reappear. In addition, I don't think they had enough staff or people signed up for classes for them to be regular. They do a summer camp for kids, however, and at that point there's typically more staff around.

This is nonsense and terrible customer service. Don't go to this place I'm tired of putting in the effort to resolve whatever issue has happened with my membership since I have not been there since 2023. But now I'm getting hit with collections. A little customer service would be nice or somebody who can actually answer the phone instead of just an automated message calling me and when I try to call the listed number it rings and nobody answers.

Been a member for about 7 years. The equipment needs maintenance, the hydro massage needs fixing,…read more Been down for about 5 weeks, the front door will not close and lock, very frustrated with the new ownership. It's seems they are more worried about $ than building a quality gym in Gaffney. Maintaining the equipment is a must but it seems that's not a priority with the ownership anymore. It's open 24 hours a day for anyone. It's not safe to be in there alone, anybody member or not can walk in anytime. I believe I'm going to find another gym, I wouldn't recommend 24/7 Gaffney to anyone right now. Just making people aware...

Then the position closed and then opened back up. Called again and same thing she to me the position opened again and to call her back the next week so I continued to wait called again then they tell me the job was filled after waiting for a month I was really looking forward to this especially the hours even though the pay Is 10$ an hour just not professional should be honest don't give people the run around! Extremely disappointing was not happy at all. Just the fact that she told me she went with someone else that had a lot of experience In janitorial was wrong I had more than 10 yrs of experience In janitorial and custodian and housekeeping so for her to choose someone else after she basically promised me the job Is just wrong. She need to be evaluated by the company In my opinion.
