the installers did a beautiful job but dealing with Greg was at times a nightmare. we wanted the bathroom tiles remove but because the tiles were originally installed on a wet bed(concrete) and there would be an additional cost of $2000.00. i am still waiting for a credit of $500.00 due to the fact they did not remove the exiting tile as per contract. before the installers came to begin the work we had to make several attempts to make an appointment to begin the work and he need to change finance method. the installers clean up very well but left a full sheet of playwood(OSB). i have no where to store the playwwod and if it gets wet itis trash. i call Greg and left a message about the playwood and the credit and i have not received any message back. i am going to the trouble of cutting the plywood up for trash. i did see mostly positive reviews but i wish i had seen all the negitive reviews. think twice before using this company!!! read more

We had this company replace a tub with a show stall. All was well until the stall began cracking. We don't use this show much as it is in a guest area. It may have been used a dozen times. It is now cracking around the edge. I have called at least 4 times and sent a FB message. They still haven't gotten back to me. Very disappointed. Gregg Clouser is a salesman. He came into my home and sold projects on two bathrooms. He showed me one thing and installed a product that was similar not what he showed me. He also verbally promised a 6-8 week install however in the contract he wrote 8-10 weeks. He does not take your calls when he is delaying start date. Project actually began at approximately 10-11 weeks. When his installer did show up Clouser demands money 'per the contract' or he will pull his worker for breach. That is what is on the contract regardless of what Gregg will have to,d you while selling you his goods in your home and taking a check for 50% of total cost with him. He attempts to do 'change orders' to charge you more in middle of project and I am sure most folks do not resist. Mr. Clouser only changed his attitude when he received my complaint to the PA Attorney General. Installation was completed and his installer wants you to sign a completion letter; do not sign it! I found a 3-4" gap, into my attic crawl space, between my exhaust fan to the shower ceiling panel which required they return to repair. Mr Clouser's initial response was to put the fan cover over it. At the end of the day the headaches and Gregg Clouser's unprofessional attitude toward his customers is simply not worth the aggravation. Do not do business with this man. You will regret it. We received a phone call a few days later and they scheduled us immediately. - Our lawyer suggested against starting the job, but Greg threatened us with a legal fight and we wanted the kitchen done, so we figured let's just get it done. - Fast-forward another 3 months... we should have listened to our lawyer. - When they finally did start, the first thing they did was come in and cut up our current countertop... only to then find out they misordered our cabinets! We waited for almost another month before they restarted work. Having a 6yr old and a 1yr old, this made life miserable and DANGEROUS (since they left some sharp equipment out and the countertop was now cut and unsecured). - Greg promised regular communication and updates, we received none. Often his workers would just show up one morning saying they were ready to start, so we were lucky we were working from home at the time. - Greg changed materials from what we were sold, and said "if he finds cheaper materials he gets to keep the savings, that doesn't get passed on to us". - Greg also decided not to do all the work we were promised because "it wasn't on the contract" despite verbally communicating the design while reviewing the contract with us in writing. How were we supposed to know what was common enough to not be written (such as "bottoms", etc.). - When it came to do countertops, Greg hadn't purchased it so we said we were going to change countertops and just needed to know how that would affect cost. He said if it costs any more we'd pay the difference, but if we go with a cheaper countertop he'd keep the savings. - Eventually, after a ton a hassle and headache, they finally "finished" the job. With that said, they quality of work was subpar at best, and we still have a TON of work to do on our own now because they didn't do any finishing touches. - Also note, they leave their office open sign on all day, every day - but are rarely in the office during posted hours. And Greg was notorious for screening our calls once we paid. Long story short, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. P.S. - Even though his company rating isn't great online, as many other reviews stated, it should be even worse. Greg tries and succeeds in silencing even more bad reviews by paying off customers. This company is run by Greg Clouser, he is an unprofessional bully. They do okay work only and resist fixing their errors. I am so sorry I patronized Your Bath and Kitchen. They replaced my shower at $16k and redid my kitchen at $23k, not chump change. Greg verbally accosted a friend that also used them after his plumber failed to use a seal between her toilet and the floor causing water damage and mold. Buyers beware Greg continues to fail to be professional. If you have trouble with them don't hesitate to contact the BBB. read more

Been over a year and still don't have cabinet pulls. They removed the counter top and backsplash, put in new counter top but left the backsplash bare. I called more than a few times to try and get the job completed, I finally gave up. I would never use this company again, it's all lies, excuses and aggravation. This company is the worst ever. The owner never returns your calls and has no consideration for the customer. He will, however, hound you when he wants money. The installers were nice men but hung our microwave so it vented right into the wall instead of the opening and they only hung it by one bolt instead of two. They never came back to fix it and they were to install my track light as part of the contract but never came back to do that either. Whatever you do, do not pay them until the work is completely done to your satisfaction. Your best to pick another company and not deal with them at all. read more

Several years ago, they installed a shower for me. After every shower I am on the floor mopping up water. I've tried caulking & the water consistently comes out from the bottom door track. I can't even give this company a 1 star and can't believe they remain open for business. My husband and I signed a contract 2/2018; job began 6/2018; finished 11/2018...AND they took approx $10,000 before job was finished. Company blamed all of the poor workmanship on sub contractor, when our contract was w/company, not sub contractor! Owner never once offered to come and inspect our job. Sub Contractor was at least honest and respectful. Now, the owner "says" he is going to sue the sub contractor and split the funds w/us, but he was greedy enough to take $10,000 from us w/out a finished job, so why should we think he would do us any favors after the job was finished? And why should any customer be dragged into that drama. Just another example of how unprofessional this company is! Once they get your $, you immediately become low priority and don't expect return phone calls or even anyone to answer your call, b/c they screen their calls. Our bathroom renovation was the worst nightmare that my husband has ever experienced...STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! As other reviewers have mentioned, the 5 star reviews are paid and employees of this company have verified this! UPDATE...shower door handle has fallen off and seal around door has peeled off. JUST DONT DO IT! Literally the worst experience of customer service and product of my life! Stay far far far away from this company and make sure you read the reviews thoroughly. Two salesmen came to my house Tim and Tom. We discussed with them what we wanted and they agreed. Mistake number one... if it's not it the contract it's not going to happen. Tom the "general manager" makes tons of promises that he can't keep nor does he have to authorization to make. We needed a complete remodel which included flooring. We had to buy the floor and he told us he knew the manager at Home Depot and that they always install for free with appliance and floor purchase... well Home Depot immediately denies this, Tom retracted his promise by stating that the contractors from your bath would install the floor inclusive of our purchase price. Well this resulted in the owner Greg screaming at me and blaming me for "tricking your bath into installing a floor for free". I didn't get my floor installed in the areas originally agreed upon which resulted in me having to lay floor in my home when I was 8 months pregnant. I was also promised trim along with the floor... that never happened... I was left without a functioning kitchen or a working sink (the old sink was torn out) from June 8 until July 3.... almost one full month... the cabinets weren't measured correctly by 7 inches so now we have a 7 inch "filler" they measured the pantry area wrong by THREE FEET!! I had to spend an extra $2,000 to buy countertop and materials to place a breakfast bar since they measured for the island to be so big that I could not have any overhang to place stools for sitting... I had to hire a plumber to come and hook up my plumbing because they willfully took it all apart... greg adamantly refused to include hook up so again 8months pregnant under a sink trying to figure out how to hook it all up... greg then promised to have my plumbing hooked up free of charge... well that never happened so then I had to pay someone to else $280 to do it.. I told them I wanted a slide out cabinet for a spice rack.. that never happened... told them I wanted multiple outlets in the island... I only have one.. when the cabinets were delivered they sat in my family room for over two months... they tried blaming covid for that too but that's not the case when colonial marble came to install the countertops... they took a saw to my cabinets... the sink wasn't measured correctly..surprise!! So the installers from colonial marble just decided to saw my cabinets that they also refuse to fix... and greg from your bath shafted us on that too... the countertops were part of a "special" he was running so you'd figure even if the men from Colonial don't work for him... he contracted out for them to install but refuses to get involved or fix their hack job... all in all the worst of it was never getting answered... I was told so many times "I'll call you right back, I'll call you tomorrow" and I never got called back... not once ..I was cursed at... called "a pain in the ass" and screamed at an innumerable amount of times by Greg... after spending over $25 k and having my cabinets hacked totally not worth it... The ONLY person that remained kind and reliable is Corey and Cyrus who were the two men that came and put in my floor and cabinets.... Corey actually answered me if I texted or called and followed through... I feel bad that he even has to be involved with Greg and Tom seeing how unreliable and unkind they are... all Greg cares about is the money he is paid... now granted Covid happened but it took from February until Sept 25 to get my kitchen done... and I still have thousands of dollars worth the damages thanks to colonial and their guys who will do anything to get the job done and get out.... Just take your money and business elsewhere... I'm sure greg will have some smart reply or answer for this review and all I have to say is go read in depth everyone else's reviews... he seems to treat all of his customers terribly so find the common factor. read more

Contracted with this company on 3/2018. Paid over $8000 for a floor to ceiling shower. Contractor came out and installed over several weeks (which was annoying). He damaged most of the walls around the shower banging into them with the parts. Since then the shelves have fallen off (they were taped up with double sided tape and then caulked over poorly). I noticed during the install that the wall panels did not fit near to the floor tub unit and were warped inward. I had the contractor come back three times to try and fix the caulk in the first months and requested that the panels be refabricated to fit the room, I was told that this is normal and that nothing could be done. The caulk has molded over and needed to be removed, while removing the caulk black water began to pour out from behind the panels. I can only imagine what my inner walls look like, beware of this company. I can only assume that the 5 star adds are bought. read more

The Five-Star reviews are paid. We chose Your Bath and Kitchen to install a tub in part because of the excellent reviews (another company matched their price). The problems started when we tried to schedule the tub install. We called many times, and Your Bath and Kitchen always had a different excuse. They promised several different dates and the day before that date I would only hear from them if I called them only to hear that they would not actually begin work on the day scheduled. Weeks later, the salesperson admitted that he took our tub from another project. The 1-2 day install turned into a 3-4 install. Then, the project still wasn't finished. The contractor said that there were plumbing issues and he needed to tear out part of the kitchen to finish, for about $1000 more. We hired a plumber, who finished the install for under $300, without touching the kitchen. The plumbers said it was likely that the tub install process had damaged our plumbing, but couldn't be sure. A few days later, we got a call. They offered us $100 to write a 5-star review. We declined. The life-long warranty? We called when the tub drain wouldn't seal. Still haven't heard back. read more

We just had a walk-in shower installed by Your Bath and Kitchen in Mechanicsburg. We love it. It has beautiful onyx walls and a sliding glass barn door by Kohler. Greg came to our home and gave us a great estimate and was very helpful with guiding me to the type of product that would suit us best. Our Installers, Lonnie and Josh, were first rate! They were on time, very professional, very polite and were finished in a timely manner. You would never know they were here and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything to my husband. It was a great experience. We definitely recommend Your Bath and Kitchen. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Hard to even give 1 star. Worst experience ever with a remodeling company!! Be very cautious dealing with this company in any way. The following review only covers a couple of the issues and terrible customer service we had to endure with this company. We wanted a complete kitchen reface. We made many concessions with this company. Tom, the salesman, who came to our home was very nice and promised us everything Kitchen Saver offered plus they were willing to beat the price by $500. When Tom wrote the contract, he did not calculate in the $500 discount; this should have been our first warning sign. Also, the contract was hand-written and did not spell out every detail to be done in our kitchen reface as promised by Tom to be everything Kitchen Saver had offered; this should have been our second warning to 'run the other way'. We were scheduled for the project to begin and when no one showed on the agreed upon date we called and Greg, the owner, said we were not on the schedule and he stated he had forgotten to put us on the calendar. Greg said he had all of the product but overlooked scheduling our job. When we pushed Greg for a date as soon as possible he yelled at my wife and said he does not know what his partner, Tom, is doing. We were given a start date but when we called the day before for approximate arrival time, Greg answered and hem-hawed about a time, but when pressed for an approximate time he yelled at my wife and then gave a time of 10am. Greg called on the new start for the next 25% payment and was extremely nice and cordial. The job started and was progressing ok for 3 days. However, on day 3, there was a problem with the drawer boxes. We were promised by Tom the drawers would be full wood with dovetailing and soft-close. Greg, the owner, called ass and said this is not in the contract and he cannot go with 'he said she said'. I explained Tom had promised this and we need Tom on the phone but Greg continued argue and I continued to explain what we were promised. Greg, the owner, yelled at me to shut up and stop talking or he will stop the job. I said I may go to the BBB and Greg threatened he will sue us for 'defamation of character and slander'. I explained to Greg he is saying things that are not right and his partner, Tom, is making promises and not upholding them and we made payment in good faith. Later, Greg managed to get his partner Tom and I on a 3-way call and Tom admitted he did promise the drawer boxes to be full wood with dovetailing and soft close. Greg said he will need to order the items. During this time Greg charged our credit card for the remainder of the cost of the job. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and agreed to pay Greg with 2 separate certified checks for the last 2 payments of the job. We waited 3 weeks for the drawer boxes and after several phone calls and delays the drawers were brought to our home; but when installation began the drawer glides were not soft close. Another, call to Greg, another issue with Greg and him saying 'he said she said' and then Greg yelling and accusing us of lying and hanging up on us. Greg called back and agreed to the soft close drawer glides but they need to be ordered. Another 2 weeks of waiting and the full wood soft closed drawers were installed but 2 cabinet doors were the wrong size, we sent pictures to Greg but did not receive a response. We submitted a complaint to the BBB. Greg called about the complaint and said we are in breach of contract because it says to contact Your Bath and Kitchen First and we signed a completion form. Greg made the rude comment 'I guess you cannot read'. I explained it has been 90 days since we signed the contract and he is in breach of contract. I said we signed the completion form because your installer said you threatened him if you did not get it signed. Greg continued to yell and over-talking and saying he does not read his email or texts, and then he hung up on us again. We ordered the correct size doors and installed ourselves. Be very cautious and make sure every single detail is completely and thoroughly spelled out in the contract. As issues arise, the owner Greg, yells, threatens, tries to intimidate paying customers, and makes unnecessary and rude replies. It appears there are many other customers who have experienced the same treatment. Also, be wary of those 5 star reviews, Your Bath and Kitchen offers a gift card for a 5 star post. read more

They missed every promise and deadline they gave, install was 4 weeks late, was offered $100 gift card as their apology (never received), install was poorly done (2 months later still awaiting their fix), was offered $200 gift card for my trouble (never received), wrong color caddy ordered, no follow-up by them only by me. After several complaints, they finally came and took all the doors and drawers out of kitchen, then left me for THREE weeks not being able to use my kitchen...,,, a task they promised me would only take 4-5 days. The doors and drawers if cabinets came, and then after the doors sat in my garage for almost a month, they said they got the wrong size!!!! We hired them to do a lot of work in our home. The work started the beginning of September and is now finally finished 2/8/2020, minus a robe hook we paid for. Greg the owner is very focused when he is selling you the contract and then loses interest once you sign and start work. We spent a lot of money and he never once came out to the house to check on his contractors work. He seems to struggle to keep contractors and luckily we got his best one, not that Greg cared who came to our house. He forgot to order our vanity top. Put off ordering things. Incorrectly ordered our island top which put us 5 weeks without a island top installed. When things were not delivered to our house because of his poor ordering, he'd send his contractors to other places without saying anything to us for weeks. The main frustration with Greg is is doesn't communicate or care about his clients. He doesn't respond to texts or phone calls. Very frustrating. If you are looking for a professional person to work with, this company is not it. Find someone who has a pride in his product. Stay clear of this frustrating company. I now have to find someone to paint my brown island cabinet which was supposed to be black. Greg could care less. We also have to have painters come in to repaint our living room ceiling because the first group of contractors he sent let the shower leak. Greg could care less. Save yourself this frustration.
