You see, I have almost a 16 year history with Endometriosis. In October of 2025, I had my 4th Endo related surgery with a hysterectomy (kept ovaries). In less than a year, I have developed terrible pains and through Tatiana, we were able to confirm that new Endo was visible. The procedure was painful at times, and Tatiana was soooooo gentle and empathetic. Dealing with Endo for so long, I have been dismissed by COUNTLESS medical professionals... but, not by Tatiana! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole staff. As promised, my surgeon had my results within 24 hours and a 5th surgery is scheduled. She made me feel comfortable, heard my concerns and did a thorough ultrasound taking her time to make sure everything order by my physician was done perfectly. My physician and I received a copy of my results the next day which I appreciated the transparency of receiving my medical report. The center was clean, warm and is located in a small shopping plaza. It is easily accessible from Bird Road and has free parking. I will keep this as my go to center for any future ultrasounds I may need. Highly recommend.

When we walked in, the lady told us that she didn't know we were coming so we had to wait for the lady that came in before us to finish. While waiting for 30 mins, another client came in. Her appointment was at 6:30pm. Keep in mind that it is 7:30pm already. The lady who works here said she needs to take the 6:30pm client because her appointment was before us. We argued with her and said it's not fair because we were here first. We live 2 hours from here and for her to do this to us isn't right. This would be my first and last time I come here. I highly advise NOT to come here if you don't want to face these type of issues. Overall, this place is VERY unorganized. They don't know what appointments they have. Shop around first. Don't let this be your first option and definitely not the last. Go to Hialeah for $50 as your LAST option before coming here. Update: (March 3/14/2019) I don't usually do this but I was contacted by a customer service rep and was asked about my experience from yesterday. The customer service was beyond amazing. I was recommended to her by a friend and I couldn't be any more thankful. Her office is in a great location and easy to find. Her staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Dupuy explains everything and is a great listener. Her office gets things done quick and efficiently and with little or no hassle at all to the patients. It is like any other doctor's office in the sense that when you're a new patient there's a lot of paper work to fill out and there is a wait time, but I've probably never waited more than 30 minutes or so. Also, they have an online portal where you can access your patient information and make appointments. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dupuy and put all my trust in her.
