I was recommended to her by a friend and I couldn't be any more thankful. Her office is in a great location and easy to find. Her staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Dupuy explains everything and is a great listener. Her office gets things done quick and efficiently and with little or no hassle at all to the patients. It is like any other doctor's office in the sense that when you're a new patient there's a lot of paper work to fill out and there is a wait time, but I've probably never waited more than 30 minutes or so. Also, they have an online portal where you can access your patient information and make appointments. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dupuy and put all my trust in her.

Dr. Fox, Bonnie and team are experienced, cautious, do not over promise, and look out for the well being and safety of the patient. All my issues were answered and I am pleased with the results. I appreciate the teams patience with all my questions (Front desk and medical assistants) and grateful for Candice's diligence when she fit me in for an unscheduled ultrasound. What an amazing team :)

Cherrie and Martha took good care of my scheduling and were flexible when I needed certain appointment times or to reschedule. Izzy the laser technician treated me for 6 hair removal sessions and a touch up. She was precise, detailed and efficient, never spending more than 30 minutes in an appointment but never leaving any area unaddressed or untreated. She always asked me to let her know if certain laser settings are too painful. She would increase the frequency with each visit to a tolerable extent which led to lasting hair removal. I felt comfortable having her work on all the sensitive areas. I barely have any hair growth in the treated area to this day! If you need vein/artery treatment or any laser treatment, these are the people to go to. They know what they're doing. You will be glad to see them!

I just found a note she sent my local County OB-GYN in Ct in 2016 as recently had a similar issue and after having Ultrasound X-rays & seeing a wonderful Yale surgeon she agreed with exactly what Dr. B had decided ten yrs ago; I still remember Dr. B telling me in 2014 of a shadow in my L Breast and wouldn't U know in 2021 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer exactly there. I was fortunate to get wonderful care at SMILOW Cancer in Guilford CT and got thru chemo & radiation and just passed my 5 yr checkup with flying colors. I arrived 3/12/25 at 2:45 pm for 3:15 pm appointment for an annual vist. I didn't leave the office until 5 pm. I ended up taking 1/2 day vacation day in order to be paid for my time away from work. I am a patient person and I don't complain as I know babies come when they want to come, but to forget you have a patient in your lobby waiting who made an appointment 3 weeks before is not good at all.

I was surprised in a good way. Yessi is super patient and her bedside manner is very caring precise and direct. She listens to all of my complaints and takes everything I say seriously. Where in my experience with other Drs, historically some would diminish my complaints or brush something off as normal. That is not the case with Yessi Felipe. I fell fully listened to. I enjoy coming to this office and would highly recommend. This is a private office and My wait Time is very limited. I usually visit the Drs office either early in the morning or at lunch time and I am in and out. I do not like offices that treat patients like they are running a mill. You know, the ones where patients are sitting around waiting hours and hours. No thank you! I have private insurance and will not tolerate that. I am a professional and my time is money. I appreciate the time management at the Hallandale beach OBGYN. The waiting room is small due to the building structure. I appreciate this as well. Given that there is very little wait time, you don't need a large waiting room. The rooms themselves are normal size. I even put in an emergency request using the dr portal and received a call back the same day! Thank you so much for that! I couldn't be happier with the service and attention I have received! By the way, I have never had a billing issue. I did once have an issue where the call for the appointment confirmation said to confirm press one to cancel press two. I pressed 2 and then received a call stating that I missed my appointment. However, since they only started charging the $25 cancellation fee after that happened that was not an issue for me. It's like everything. Everyone ya different standards based on preference.
