They took it all the way to the top. I give them 5 stars for that. When getting the procedures done Natalia and Jen were amazing. So was Gene the referral coordinator. Of course everything is clean and top-notch in the Aventura office. The office staff, in general, is super nice and so is Dr. Soffer. All In All I Do highly recommend Soffer Vein Clinic because, aside from seeing that procedures are done very well, I find it most heartening to know that when there is an issue they go overboard to correct it. I waited until the front person got off the phone and told her I had a 845 appt. And it was now 855. She called for a person in the office and she said to come in. Immediately she started to hand me the papers to fill out and asked for my cards. I explained that this was my first visit and should I come back to introduce my arrival! She said no they would come and get me. I explained that I was waiting 30 minutes with no one coming out to acknowledge my arrival! She explained she was busy talking to an insurance group. Now there was no one else in the waiting room only me. I explained I was told to come in early but there was no one to take care of my . She then said that I didn't have to see the Doctor Iif I didn't want to. So with that type of customer concern I realized this practice wasnt right for me, now, I wanted to inform the Doctor of what took place and give him the opportunity to correct .
