Chimaek!!! Korean spicy fried chicken and Beer!!! Koreanisches pikantes Chicken Wings und Bier!!!!
I haven't had Chimaek in a few years and couldn't find this in a Germany restaurant yet. This restaurant did not disappoint. I asked them to make it spicy, but they didn't as most Germans don't eat very spicy food. I had one bite and the chicken was really good, but was a bit sweet with a chili taste. I asked for more a hotter sauce and they brought out one with a pair of plastic cooking gloves and warned me about the hot sauce. I have a high level of spice and hotness and am very aware of how to eat chili, so I tasted this sauce and it was very spicy. I poured it all over my hot wings, but I didn't end up using the plastic gloves as it was ok for me. There were a lot of people in the restaurant looking at me as I guess they aren't used to people eating or ordering really really really hot food.
The chef was an older Korean lady that speaks German. She is the main and only cook and she cooked to perfection as you would expect in your grandmother's kitchen! I saw how she was able to cook 4-5 things at once and everything that came out of her small kitchen was perfect. If you go there and love to cook, just sit at the first table on the left and you can watch a great live cook.
I ordered the Korean spicy fried chicken, Hite beer from a bottle, a bowl of kimchi, and a bowl of rice. I would have ordered Sundae, but they didn't have that here. If someone knows where to find that in Germany, please let me know.

Ich habe seit einigen Jahren kein Chimaek mehr gegessen und konnte das noch nicht in einem deutschen Restaurant finden. Dieses Restaurant hat mich nicht enttäuscht. Ich bat sie, es scharf zu machen, aber sie taten es nicht, da die meisten Deutschen kein sehr scharfes Essen essen. Ich hatte einen Bissen und das Huhn war wirklich gut, aber es war ein bisschen süß mit einem Chili-Geschmack. Ich fragte nach einer schärferen Soße, und sie brachten eine mit einem Paar Plastikhandschuhen heraus und warnten mich vor der scharfen Soße. Ich habe einen hohen Grad an Schärfe und Schärfe und weiß sehr gut, wie man Chili isst, also habe ich diese Soße probiert, und sie war sehr scharf. Ich habe sie über meine Hot Wings gegossen, aber ich habe die Plastikhandschuhe nicht benutzt, da es für mich in Ordnung war. Im Restaurant sahen mich viele Leute an, da sie es wohl nicht gewohnt sind, dass die Leute wirklich sehr, sehr scharfes Essen essen oder bestellen.
Die Köchin war eine ältere Koreanerin, die Deutsch spricht. Sie ist die wichtigste und einzige Köchin und sie kochte perfekt, wie man es von der Küche der Großmutter erwarten würde! Ich habe gesehen, wie sie 4-5 Dinge auf einmal kochen konnte, und alles, was aus ihrer kleinen Küche kam, war perfekt. Wenn Sie dorthin gehen und gerne kochen, setzen Sie sich einfach an den ersten Tisch links, und Sie können einen großartigen Live-Koch beobachten.
Ich bestellte das koreanische würzige Brathähnchen, Hite Bier aus der Flasche, eine Schüssel Kimchi und eine Schüssel Reis. Ich hätte Sundae bestellt, aber das gab es hier nicht. Wenn jemand weiß, wo man das in Deutschland finden kann, lassen Sie es mich bitte wissen.
