Every place we called (even the one the dealership recommended/uses) basically said there was no way they could come get our car for DAYS. And some of them were not too kind about it either. We stumbled upon S E A Towing when searching and they had a ton of great reviews on Google, but none on Yelp, so I am changing that :-) We called them the night before we needed the tow, and the person that answered was so pleasant and kind, and understood our predicament and wanted to help. They were professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They arrived perfectly on time, were careful with our car, and were personable and nice in person also. They also were smart with suggestions for best placement based on function, e.g., rotating the sectional so it could fit and identifying where the powered recliners would get most use, etc. I took away one star because I didn't appreciate having to pay for their round trip travel and gas when I already was paying for a multi-hour move job, and the fact they had individual crew members leave early with no advance notice to me.

Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully. I can't thank the team at Elite enough for taking care of us, being trustworthy, affordable, and going above and beyond with awesome customer service!

The building is beautiful and old with lots of history. There were some neat old features that you don't see much anymore, and all in pristine condition. The unit was half the price of others I had researched. I had been told by other people that storage units are dirty places with pests and that my daughter needed to pack everything in plastic bins. NOT TRUE. The Storage Loft is clean and all of her items were exactly like we left them, all packed in storage bags.
