From the breathtaking bouquets and arrangements to the tablescapes, backdrops, and every beautiful little detail in between, it was absolute perfection. From the very first moment we booked them until her Granddaddy's '55 Oldsmobile convertible pulled away as their getaway car, adorned with the most gorgeous floral spray, everything felt thoughtful, personal, and truly magical. Fredda listened to what we envisioned, guided us when we needed it, and then added those extra special touches we never even knew to ask for. Walking into the spaces and seeing everything come together honestly took my breath away. The flowers didn't just decorate our daughter's wedding, they helped create the feeling of the entire day. It was romantic, beautiful, personal, and more than we could have ever hoped for. I would recommend Fredda and the Buy the Bunch team again and again. Truly breathtaking work by such incredibly talented people who care so much about making every detail special. We will forever be grateful for the beauty they brought to one of the most special days of our lives.

I was really disappointed by my experience here. As a local resident for 10 years and someone…read morecurrently studying floral design, I came in hoping to learn, ask a few questions, and support a local business. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and spoken to in a way I would never expect from a business that has served the community for more than 20 years. What made the experience especially disappointing was visiting another florist just up the street afterward. The difference was night and day--they were kind, gracious, patient, and genuinely happy to help a student who is passionate about flowers. Customer service and the way you make people feel matter. Unfortunately, after my interaction here, I won't return or recommend this shop. I hope the feedback is taken as an opportunity to provide future customers with a more welcoming experience.

They also go by the name Sunny Flower Delivery. The Blossom Shop has NO RELATION to Blossom Flower Delivery. Please be aware of the similar names when placing an order. John from The Blossom Shop was kind enough to reach out to me this morning and alert me of my mistake. He was very understanding and I would definitely use from The Blossom shop for future orders. _________________________________________________________ Original Review: The shop (BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY) has the worst customer service ever. It feels like a scam and probably not a real place. Ordered birthday flowers on Sunday, 5/23/26. Received tracking information stating flowers were delivered but they were not. The customer service person "Mitch" but me on a long hold so she could speak to her manager. When she returned, she said all she could do is give me a $5.00 off credit. I asked to speak to the manager. She claimed to be the manager, so who was she speaking to? I will be disputing the funds with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this place. It's a scam.

We contacted The Blossom Flower Shop to order flower arrangements for an unexpected family funeral…read more We requested specific flowers in honour of the deceased, and the florist quoted us a premium rate which we accepted. But when we went to pick up the flowers, I was shocked to discover that, while two sidepieces were serviceable, the central arrangement was completely different from what we had discussed AND the reference photos we had sent. Not only did the florist try to pass off different, cheaper flowers to us (while keeping the premium rate), but many were also WILTED. When I pointed this out to the owner, he had the gall to deny it while standing next to the bunch of old flowers. The owner had also completely changed the colour scheme we had requested, as HE felt it was inappropriate for OUR occasion and he knew better than us. When we asked him to honour our requests which he had accepted, the owner protested that we had only given them a short lead time for the order -- a funeral order for a SUDDEN death in our family, which we had explained to him off the bat. The deceased's daughter was with me and almost cried! The insensitivity and selfishness was astounding. I still cannot believe how much the owner of the Blossom Shop bungled our order, but, more than anything, I am shocked at how rude and incompetent he was -- and at a time of intense grief for us. Any families suffering bereavement should beware of the Blossom Shop, as should any happy couples considering it for their weddings -- unless they are comfortable being told how they should celebrate properly and taking whatever flowers he deigns to give them, in whatever shape he says they are.

On June 5, 2026, Cindy's was sold out of flowers for the weekend so I called The Rock Hill Flower Market Shop and spoke with Adriana who was pleasant. We agreed on a purple stock/White Rose arrangement with ribbon similar to Teleflora's $75 Enchanted Cottage Premium. Adriana's price for a similar arrangement was $100 + tax and delivery fee. The next day Adriana texted me one photo of the arrangement she took to the funeral home for the Sunday funeral. It was mixed colors and had no stocks in it and just a few roses. It did not look similar to Teleflora's Enchanted Cottage. I was disappointed and over the next week I called about 3 times and texted 2 times but received no reply nor would she answer my phone calls. She has Google voice so one had to announce yourself when you call. When I texted I asked for half of my money back because it was small and not the purple and white one-sided arrangement I bought for my aunt's funeral. My aunt loved purple and had a February amethyst birthday so that's why I selected a funeral arrangement similar to Enchanted Cottage.
