The store owner as well as staff are extraordinarily customer service oriented. I was here for quite a while and they never grew impatient. They answered all of my questions giving me helpful information about the shoes. I tried on a lot of shoes. In the end I purchased a pair casual sneakers that I could wear the remainder of my trip. It seems to me their prices are very competitive, they have a good selection, and their service is outstanding. I wish there was a store like this where I live.

Kohl's cash isn't what you think it is…read more I just got back from returning a PS4 and extra controller at Kohl's here in Burlington. I bought the console and then, the next day with the $80 Kohl's cash I got for the console's purchase, bought another controller and charging cradle. I didn't like the PS4 over the PS3 and it didn't meet my needs so I returned it. What I didn't understand (and its right there clear as mud on the receipt which refers you to the Kohl's cash coupon for the details) is that if you use the Kohl's cash and then return everything they only credit the purchase price minus the Kohl's cash. So I paid $427 for the console and got $80 in Kohl's cash. They credited my credit card back for $347 and then gave me another $80 in Kohl's cash. So now, I'm paying $80 in interest on a purchase I returned. I feel that is unethical and they wouldn't fix it so I cut up my credit card right there. I'll pay off the balance of my card and then I'm through with this overpriced company whose business model is to milk as much money out of its customers as possible.

As i have never worn this brand she advised me to go with a 7 she said they will stretch out so much so not to go the half size larger. I wore them for 2 days and my toes were hurting so bad I took them back in and told the manager what had happened. She said since I wore them outside she cannot resell them. I asked her to send them back to New Balance since it was the clerk that advised me to go a smaller size than what I asked for. She said no and that she does not know which clerk sold me the shoes but she will talk to her. I said you will know if you look at my receipt. The manager was too busy looking at her phone to get up off her big lazy butt and just told me no she cannot take the shoes back since she cannot resell them. Just saying. So the sales clerk got a 2 pair of shoes commission and I don't have a new walking shoe!
