I am 72 years old, and finally, I have found an esthetician who understands mature skin. Many spa facials follow a standard protocol and do not necessarily "customize" to meet the challenges of aging. I do not want extreme measures, face lift, botox, etc., but believe it or not, microdermabrasion, feeding the skin and Kryro-pen freezing of age spots on my hands has made a BIG difference! Debbie addresses all of this, and my only complaint is that I live in NJ and am in Boca for only 3 months in the winter! Debbie is the best!

Overall it was a bad first impression, and horrible customer service
