She…read moresuccessfully guided me through the purchase of my house, in a time where the market and prices are quite frankly, crazy. Liz kept me focused on the reality of what I needed in a house. Pro Tip: when you start house shopping, it's easy to fall in love with a house, and ignore the parts that maybe aren't such a good fit for you. She was quick to point out the potential challenges AND the positive aspects of a property. I felt like Liz worked for me 24/7, with very few breaks and she really knows the market. No question was too stupid and she always made me feel like my house search was VIP: a Very Important Priority. Liz: Professional. Responsive. Responsible. Ethical. And Fun! Liz is the realtor you didn't know you needed. :)

We knew where we wanted to live, but didn't know a soul in the area. We reached out to Liz because our family backgrounds were similar, and what a good choice that was! She was able to guide us every step of the way from telling us when a house really wasn't a dream to telling us to jump NOW when the dream was upon us. And, she did it all long distance, in the middle of a pandemic, and when the market was going crazy. Not only did she help us find our perfect home, but she and Bill went way above and beyond for us in so many ways. The one year anniversary of our home purchase is just around the corner, and we have been so happy here. We couldn't have done this without the cheerful guidance of Liz, who will ALWAYS be our realtor.

We left our rental in clean, move-in-ready condition and followed the provided move-out checklist. Despite this, a large portion of our security deposit was withheld for cleaning charges that we had already completed and documented. While part of the deposit was returned, the remaining charges were disputed in writing. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution. Emails were acknowledged, but the only response we received was that a "manager would reach out," which never happened. There was no clear explanation, no correction, and no meaningful communication--just delays. The lack of transparency and accountability during the deposit dispute made the entire experience extremely frustrating. Renters should be aware that resolving issues with this company may require far more effort than expected.

I'm an old lady, I've been through this numerous times, I've never had anyone wait for me to call them, but whatever. We found the house we wanted in May, it had an accepted offer so we went on to look at a couple more then WE found out the offer had fallen through and it was back on the market. We made an offer and it was accepted. From here to closing was a nightmare, but by no fault of Coldwell Banker. My mortgage broker, well that's just a different nightmare. To Coldwell Banker's credit, they handled themselves quite professionally with a mortgage broker who denied responsibility for anything and cussed people out. One of the big selling points for us was, as stated in the ad, "Property is on a dead end street and adjoins vacant land which provides great privacy." I have autoimmune diseases, I need peace and quiet. Unfortunately, they did not tell us that a development for the vacant land had already gone through the public appeals process and had been approved by the city 6 months earlier. 8 months after closing, the construction started up against my back fence, rumbling the entire house. Today, 15 months later, the road is being put through. There's a number of other little things that should have been disclosed, like water spigots that aren't connected to water, electrical outlets in the backyard, RV pad and storage shed don't work, etc., But those are all little things compared to how much rumbling my house has been doing for the past 7 months. Yeah, do your own due diligence if you're working with them. I don't recommend at all.
